MAFS Australia's Alissa throws her ring at David and Gia quits for fifth time as they struggle to cope with this year's explosive final task
It's an explosive final weekMAFS Australia has aired its final task ahead of the final vows but for two couples, it could be the end of the road as both Alissa and Gia have reached breaking points in their relationships.
For the first time ever, the participants didn’t get a choice in the final test. Every single one of them had to go to meet their alternative match, and for some, the grass did actually seem greener on the other side.
Alissa and Gia had both been having issues with their other halves after the grooms revealed they weren’t as happy as they seemed. But when their men see their behaviour at the final task in tomorrow night’s episode, both relationships blow up.

Alissa declares ‘we’re done’ and throws ring at David
Tomorrow night (May 6) the participants are given the chance to watch how their partner acted during the final task. But after Alissa told David he had nothing to worry about, he was left heartbroken to see how she actually got to know her alternative match.
David asked Alissa: “Did you know the task was to find out if the grass is greener or if you have compatibility in your alternative match? Did you not see that bit?”
Alissa defended her actions by saying they all just “wanted to get to know each other” and they had a “great day”. But for David, it showed him a “different side” to his wife.
David wanted to know if Alissa exchanged details with her match, which she said no to. But when he pressed the situation more, she admitted: “He sent me a friend request. Yeah, I followed him back.”
David then got up to walk out admitting he was “disappointed”. But Alissa didn’t like that and got defensive, arguing back.

In a very intense moment, Alissa said: “I get that your hurt. But hurt people hurt people. You’re done. Don’t worry, I’m done too. It’s a shame.”
Alissa then stormed out of the room after David, and threw her ring at him.

Gia walks out of MAFS Australia after explosive final task
But Alissa and David’s relationship isn’t the only one that hits a dead end tomorrow night.
After her flirty behaviour at the final task, Gia decides overnight that she and Scott should leave the experiment together ahead of final vows.
Wanting to keep her happy, Scott initially agrees. But as the pair get packed to leave, Scott changes his mind, wanting to stay to the end with her.
But Gia instead sees this as Scott just wanting “fame”, and the pair get into a heated row on the street.
Gia said: “You need the camera time for the next three days so badly, don’t you? I can’t believe you right now. I am going home, I can’t be here anymore. If you can’t leave the experiment with me when I’m feeling like this. You never cared about me, Scott. You never cared. If you did, you would leave right now.”
Scott tried to persuade his wife to stay. But she insisted she needs out of the “fake reality” and gets into an uber.
But just because Gia left before Scott had the opportunity to see how she behaved during the final task, doesn’t mean he never got to know. When he arrived back at the apartment, after Gia quit for the fifth time, her ring and a tablet were waiting for him.
And when he saw the footage, he was absolutely devastated.

Will Gia and Alissa be back for the final Dinner Party?
While both brides did storm off and make it clear they had no intentions on finishing the experiment, shockingly, both will appear in the final Dinner Party.
Each week, the dinner parties have been quite explosive. And with all of this drama happening just before the final one, it’s safe to assume this won’t be different.
Final vows will air on UK screens next week. While the outcomes are already out there, fans will definitely be hooked until the very end.
