Where to find the MomTok members of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives on TikTok and social media
Whether it's spilling tea or showing off their dance moves, MomTok is always ready for a TikTok routine!
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is back on our TVs and, amid all the drama of the cast, there’s always one thing that’s certain: MomTok will survive this.
Before the show was even commissioned, the Utah besties had grown a popular following online. Joining forces to create MomTok during the pandemic years, the women shared dance routines and the fun they had while raising their kids.
Then leader Taylor Frankie Paul’s “soft-swinging” scandal broke, and the entire group was thrown into a scandalous spotlight.
But now they’ve leveraged their online fame into superstardom. When Hulu and Disney+ released The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives in 2022, they became global fan favourites.
Now all of the cast have millions watching their every tea-spilling post or dance break. So even when the cameras aren’t on for the show, we’re still an unofficial member of this complicated group.
Not following them yet? Fret not! We’re here to tell you exactly where to find them on social media.

Where to we find the cast of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives on TikTok?
Despite all being official members of this elite clique, there’s no official central MomTok account that the girls manage.
Instead, they frequently appear in each other’s videos, with some standing out as fan favourites.
