The two-part mini-series has just landed on Prime Video and examines how the famous child sex attacker went under the radar for so long.
Victims who have never spoken out before have bravely lifted the lid on the abuse they endured at Rolf’s hands.
In one chilling clip, Rolf is shown recording his own public service video about child sex abuse.
Clips of Rolf also show him talking about the moment he met his wife Alwen, while discussing becoming a father to their daughter Bindi.
But where are they both now?
Is Rolf Harris’ wife still alive?
Rolf met his wife Alwen at an art exhibition in 1952. They were both studying art and began dating.
Rolf recalls the moment he saw his future wife in a clip that airs in Rolf Harris: Primetime Predator.
He tells an interviewer: “I walked in and the first person I saw was Alwen. She was looking really good. I picked her up.
“I picked her up and ran the full length of the gallery with her saying, ‘Put me down!'”
Alwen had continued to stand by her husband despite his sex assault convictions. She attended every day of his trial and he returned to the family home following his prison release in 2017.
Rolf Harris’ wife Alwen Hughes is not longer alive. Alwen died on August 15, 2024 aged 93. Her death came 15 months after Rolf’s own death from throat cancer.
Alwen died following a stroke. She also had vascular dementia.
Where is Rolf Harris’ daughter Bindi now?
Rolf and Alwen had one child together; a daughter called Bindi.
He is seen in old footage holding Bindi on his lap while encouraging her to blow into a didgeridoo.
“The idea of fatherhood excited me,” Rolf can be heard saying. “This was our daughter, Bindi.”
In adulthood, Bindi went by the name of Bindi Nicholls. Like her mother, Bindi stood by Rolf during his court case for the sexual assault of four girls.
But her father’s conviction took its toll on her relationship with partner Malcolm Cox. They reportedly split over Malcolm’s concerns for their son around his grandfather.
In 2023, it was reported in The Sun that Bindi had changed her name to Ava Reeves. It was claimed she did this to distance herself from her father and to help with her career as an artist.
An insider told the publication: “Obviously, anything by a Harris is pretty much unsellable so Bindi is working under the pseudonym in a bid to be taken seriously in the art world. She’s chuffed that galleries have begun to take on some of her pieces.”
Ava Reeves is still working as an artist had has her work displayed on her own Instagram and Facebook pages.
