Is there a series 2 of The Gentlemen?

Not once person on earth was surprised when Netflix recommissioned The Gentlemen after its initial series in 2024. But it has felt like quite the wait.

Well, the wait is almost over, as the broadcasters has teased some crucial details about the upcoming episodes. New images see Theo James, Kaya Scodelario, Ray Winstone, Joely Richardson, and Vinnie Jones reprise their roles.

Meanwhile, the world-renowned Lake Maggiore, where part of the new series is set will also feature heavily.

What’s the plot?

Netflix are keeping their cards reasonably close to their chest. However, they have told us that series 2 will be set one year since Eddie and Susie joined forces to work together in Bobby’s criminal empire overseas.

The synopsis tells us: “As they drive to expand their enterprise, the decisions Bobby is making seem to be increasingly unsound.  Now Eddie and Susie must decide whether to take action or risk losing it all, but unfettered ambition never ends well…”
