MAFS Australia’s Bec Zacharia sparks utter chaos at the retreat this week after dropping a crass joke – but what was it?

Bec and the rest of the remaining newlyweds head to the countryside tomorrow night for this year’s retreat.

The grooms are all desperate to bag their wives the best bedrooms, while the girls can’t wait to chat and chill out as the wine flows.

“The happy couples are all singing Kum ba yah until… one bad joke sends the retreat into meltdown.

“What is the punchline that will break bonds and derail the course of the experiment forever?”

We can now reveal the joke that Bec will be seen saying in tomorrow night’s show (Tuesday April 14, 2026).

The episode begins with Rachel and her husband Steve giggling together back home in their apartment. The couple admit that they had spent the previous night getting to know each other a little better.

Rachel later tells the group about the big step in their relationship after they arrive at the couples’ retreat.

She says: “I wanted to share an update in mine and Steve’s relationship. Last night, our intimacy levels increased. While we have not banged yet, it’s really exciting.”

A short while later, Bec clinks her wine glass several times to get everyone’s attention.

She then declares: “I wanted to call you all here because it’s the first night of retreat and we’ve had ‘I love yous’, we’ve had a couple that I thought could not come back from the brink of hell, and we’ve had finger bangs, so like…”

Bec then began cheering.

Rachel goes into meltdown over Bec’s joke

Rachel looked furious after Bec’s quip about her bedroom antics with Steven. Bec’s husband Danny even warns his wife: “She’s upset.”

But Bec continues: “It’s been a great night one. I think we need to cheers to new friendships and getting to know each other.

“Drink up and go to bed because tomorrow’s a big day!”

Rachel is devastated and begins crying. Away from the group, she tells the camera: “I didn’t think it was funny. She turned something Steven and I were so excited about into a joke.”

Steve describes it as “vulgar”, but Bec cannot see what the problem is. She even wants to get merch…
