EastEnders spoilers for tonight

Nicola’s world is turned upside down when her sisters, Gemma and Jodie, arrive on Albert Square with a bang.

With Gemma’s son Ryder in tow, they manage to convince a reluctant Nicola to let them stay, but she has one condition: her estranged mother, Rose, stays away.

But her ultimatum is short-lived when Ned, Gemma’s husband, rocks up with Rose – the Hawkins have arrived.

Refusing to let them stay at her house, Nicola forces Gemma and Ned to find other arrangements. Harry offers Ryder and Jodie a place to stay and urges his mum to sort things out with Rose.

Meanwhile, Ned tries to smooth things over with Kat about the commotion the family caused when they arrived, but he’s soon surprised to see an old friend, Alfie,

Later, Nicola is horrified to find the family gathered in The Vic and even more shocked when she learns Alfie has offered Gemma and Ned a place to stay
