Winner of Britain's Got Talent 2026 revealed as Ant and Dec crown champions and viewers divided
After months of auditions and weeks of live semi-finals…
Britain’s Got Talent crowned its 2026 winner on Saturday night (May 30) after a tense live grand final.
Ant and Dec hosted proceedings as the 10 finalists gave it their all to win the huge cash prize and a spot on the bill of the Royal Variety Performance.
And, while judge Amanda Holden may have ensured all eyes were on her earlier on in the night with her risqué outfit, when the time came for the winner of Britain’s Got Talent to be announced, Brits only had eyes for one act…

Britain’s Got Talent winner announced
After all the acts had performed, and viewers had cast their votes, it was down to Ant and Dec to announced who’d won.
Poet Sonny Green was favourite at the bookies going into the live final. However, on the night, and after performances from Sinatra The Musical and Alesha Dixon’s newly-reformed Mis-Teeq, Sonny was sadly left trophy-less.
Instead, the winner of Britain’s Got Talent was named as The Hawkstone Farmers Choir – and Jeremy Clarkson was seen in the audience looking entirely thrilled.
Sadly, not everyone felt the same…

Viewers react
