Jodie was seen eagerly bonding with her half-sister Shona today and even went with her to visit Harper at the hospital. But, something’s suspicious about the newcomers and a new fan reckons Jodie’s got Shona’s baby on the brain. Jodie’s been making herself at home (Credit: ITV) Jodie visited baby Harper at the hospital with Shona in Coronation Street Settling into life with the Platts, Jodie tried to get to know her sister Shona all over again in today’s ITVX episode. She even made her favourite food for her from when they were kids (a chocolate Pop Tart – yum!) She was then thrilled when Shona asked if she’d like to visit her niece at the hospital with her. After all, Harper had her genes too! Asking Jodie if she wanted kids one day, Jodie said that she would. But, she was thinking about sticking around Weatherfield and seeing if she had what it takes to be a mum by stepping up with her auntie duties. Jodie’s taken a keen interest in baby Harper and has even taken to making a point of wearing Shona’s clothes – almost as if she wants her life. Is this all a dark clue though? Could it be that Jodie’s planning to steal her own sister’s baby and make a run for it? One fan on Reddit wrote: “I reckon she’ll steal the baby once she’s well enough to be at home.” Another fan though reckoned that Jodie would try to destroy Shona’s life in a different way – by sleeping with her husband. They suggested: “I think she will try and get David into bed.” With Jodie entering the soap tied up in the back of a van, she’s knows a thing or two about involving herself in some dark things… But, is she about to start another one?
