On April 23rd, Betsy Swain will find a dead body on the night of Carla and Lisa’s wedding day. This scene was shown in a recent flashforward. Although, viewers still don’t know who dies or the circumstances around the death. With five potential victims in the running, a new theory has now suggested that Mal Roper is behind the murder. She made it clear that she knew the victim, stumbling across the body after celebrating the marriage of Carla and Lisa. She and Lauren had been walking on the Street when she’d found the corpse. The names on the list were Megan, Maggie, Theo, Jodie, and Carl. Taking to Reddit, one fan commented: “Had a thought how this whole Mal thing could end without Kit or Bernie getting into any trouble. “He attacks Bernie on the night of the Swarla wedding, one of the 5 possible victims gets caught up in it and they end up dead. Mal is arrested for both murder and the attack and his ‘attack’ gets forgotten about or he ends up telling that it was Kit but no one believes him because he’s just murdered someone.” Another fan responded: “Maybe that’s how Roy’s place catches on fire, the fight happens there? Bernie is there closing up while Roy is at the wedding.” A third person added: “He is a psycho and I think capable of murder.” But, could he be?
