Viewers may remember Kate for playing Michael Bailey’s ex girlfriend Grace between 2019-2022. She is also the mother of Glory Bailey. The little one’s tiny feet were the focus of the image, with Kate revealing that she and partner Paul Walker had welcomed their first child into the world.
