Adam and Steph’s dinner date at The Woolpack takes an unexpected turn. Betty Eagleton joins them! Not quite the romantic evening Adam had in mind!
Then, Adam’s polite assertion that they are on a date surprises Steph. The real shock comes later, however, when at the B&B, Adam makes a move, kissing Steph on the neck. Her reaction is swift and severe; she warns him off with a knife, leaving Adam terrified and Steph horrified by her own rage.
Divorce finalised, but sparks fly
Meanwhile, Adam and Isla Forsythe finalise their divorce. After signing the papers, Adam helps Isla to her car. Steph hides her jealousy behind a forced smile.
Adam corrects Steph’s misunderstanding about Isla moving back in. This brings a sly smile to Steph’s face and leaves Adam feeling pleased with himself. But do they have a future together?
