During last night’s episode of the soap (airing Thursday October 31), Ross revealed that little Seb is now in Bristol following his mother’s death. As Victoria questioned Ross over what had happened, Ross told her that Robert had signed off on the paperwork as he sent Seb to live with one of Rebecca’s (very few) living relatives – a hitherto unmentioned aunt. However, Ross’s story didn’t add up for many, with some Emmerdale fans questioning whether Ross is telling the truth about Rebecca’s death and Seb’s absence. And some thought that he wasn’t being entirely truthful with Victoria about Seb’s whereabouts. “We don’t know the name of this aunt in Bristol yet. What if papers signed were to hand Seb off to Aunt Vic – but Ross has pulled a scam to presented someone else as ‘Aunt Vic’, and Seb has has been abducted by Jade or whatever gangster name she goes by and her squad?” asked one suspicious fan. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers “So Rebecca is dead and Seb was sent to some random relative in Bristol with Robert’s blessing? No way,” said another. “It’s a lie about Rebecca ain’t it? Seb with Ross and childminder somewhere?? She’ll come looking for him and baby?” a third suggested. Yesterday fans insisted there was more to the story about Rebecca’s death than Ross was telling. So could this be it? Where is Seb? Earlier this week, Ross shocked Charity by revealing that Rebecca had died, having taken a turn for the worse during surgery. “Rebecca’s dead. Me and Rebecca, we’d been split up a while. Pretty amicable in the end as it goes, I was still getting to see Seb,” he said. “Then one day she called me, saying she had to go into hospital for a routine operation. Nothing serious but could I look after Seb. No problem.” He also added: “”We were both having a pizza when we got the call. Turns out I was still listed as her next of kin. They said it was a one in a thousand chance, her heart just stopped and that was it.” If Rebecca is really dead, where does that leave Seb – is he with the aunt? Or is there more to it?
