Tonight’s episode of Emmerdale found John and Aaron hard at work clearing up evidence of Anthony’s murder. Last week, Aaron beat Anthony to death after learning of the abuser’s true colours.

Provoked by an unrepentant Anthony, Aaron snapped and savagely beat the old man to a pulp. At some point after Aaron fled, Anthony died – and things don’t look good for the hot-tempered Dingle.

However, Aaron is clearly struggling with his conscience – especially as the truth hit home that Anthony’s family may be at home, wondering what became of their old man.
