With his crimes stacking up there really isn’t anywhere to hide for John Sugden in Emmerdale now – but will it be Robert who exposes him?

Robert is clearly adamant John is dangerous and has secrets to hide. John confirmed as much when he visited him in prison and told Robert he has no idea what he is capable of.

But Aaron and Victoria don’t want to hear it, so it’s up to Robert to prove it. However can he do it?

Ryan Hawley speaks out on John and Robert Sugden feud in Emmerdale

Actor Ryan Hawley recently revealed to The Mirror and other press, that Robert will be working to expose John’s true colours.

“He loves his family, maybe he wouldn’t admit it but he loves the village and the community,” Ryan said. “He’d want to protect that, and going forward I think he does try to reveal John for who he is.”

So is Robert in danger?

Ryan continued: “Who knows… there’s lots of motive for John to get rid of Robert. He is a huge inconvenience and an obstacle in relation to Aaron. As much as he hates him he is still family, but what does that say about John and his morals and who he is?”

“Would he go as far as to kill his own family? We will have to wait and see.”

Cain and Tracy also on the case

Actress Amy Walsh, who plays Tracy, has also revealed Cain and Tracy will team up to find out who killed Nate – and they’re looking at John.

Speaking to the Mirror Amy teased: “Tracy and Cain do a little list together of who it could it be.

“We have ruled out some people we know.”

When the topic of John came up, Amy then added: “That was left on a bit of a cliffhanger actually. He’s the next name on the list…”
