Adam decides it’s time to confront Alice about her cancer diagnosis. Knowing how much is at stake, he urges her to terminate the pregnancy and begin treatment immediately.

The situation becomes even more emotional when Sam learns the truth. Shocked and devastated, Sam pleads with Adam to find a way to save Alice without hurting their unborn child. Adam, however, remains adamant that chemotherapy and a termination are the only viable options for her survival.

Dingles in trouble

Meanwhile, the Dingles find themselves in a tough spot during their trip to Spain. They realise they’ve been scammed into a timeshare and now owe 2,000 euros. The stress of the situation leads to a tense confrontation.
