As they set out to rescue him – and bring Ray and Celia down, it’s not going to be easy. April finally realised going with Celia and Ray to their new farm will solve nothing tonight (Monday December 29). But as she and Dylan have a plan, will it work where others have failed? April now knows about Bear (Credit: ITV) April found out about Bear in Emmerdale tonight April has made a deal with Celia and Ray. She will go with them and continue dealing drugs in order to keep her family safe and make the extortionate weekly payments stop. But she has yet to tell anyone what she is planning. Tonight she encouraged Dylan to go to Ireland with Mandy. Mandy is heading over there to help Tina Dingle and her kids after Tina was arrested. But Dylan could see April wasn’t being straight with him. He pushed her for the truth. April eventually confessed everything to Dylan – including what had happened with Callum. Dylan quickly realised what an absolute mess they were in. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers April insisted she could handle Celia and Ray, but Dylan was firm that she couldn’t. And that’s when Dylan dropped a bombshell of his own. He told April all about the forced workers and the fact Bear is one of them. “We can’t leave Bear with them,” shocked April said. “We get him out, tomorrow,” Dylan agreed. Does Bear even want to be freed? (Credit: ITV) Do April and Dylan free Bear? Bear has been held captive by Ray for months and has become devoted to him. He cannot see him for what he really is and that’s why he’s not got away yet. Joshua Richards, who plays Bear, has previously revealed Bear is “too far gone” to leave Ray. Tomorrow night (Tuesday December 30) Dylan and April have a plan and they know they only have one shot at it. A rock is then thrown through Laurel’s window, which leaves Ray distracted enough for April to head to the farm. As April gets inside, she finally sees Bear. She is utterly shocked by the state of him. April begs Bear to come with her, but he remains confused, drugged and loyal to Ray. Can she persuade him to come home?
