What happened in Emmerdale tonight (Monday, May 26) Emmerdale tonight (May 26) was very much focussed on John and Aaron's big day. But there were a few other storylines going alongside it. While it may be wedding day for some, a lot of the villagers have their own things to deal with. And this means they either aren't going to the wedding, or have been put on a side quest (looking at you, Mack). Ross and Mack had another team-up in Emmerdale tonight, but spoilers indicate that's not necessarily going to end well. Here's everything that happened in Emmerdale tonight. Mack and Ross teamed up After he realised he left Aaron's ring at his house, Mack headed home to find it. That didn't turn out to be an easy task, but Charity eventually found it on the bathroom sink (odd place to have it, Mack). Lewis meets up with Ross in the cafe, and Ross suggests they go kayaking for the day. Naturally, this confused Lewis, but Ross tried to make him believe that he just wanted a chance to bond with no distractions. As Lewis is really wanting to connect with his new brother, he agreed. But when he left Ross alone for a few minutes, Ross stole his house keys. Ross gave the keys to Mack, and told him he had to do it before he went to the wedding. And so, while Ross distracted Lewis, Mack snuck into his house and found an attic full of weed. But while they were discussing it, a social worker arrived after a safeguarding issue about Clemmie was brought up. Joe and Dawn both try to make the social worker see that Clemmie and Joe's disagreement was all a big misunderstanding. But they were confused over who would have phoned. Clemmie was on a day out with Billy, and she revealed that she called social services herself. The youngster thought that if social services got rid of Joe, then Dawn and Billy would get back together. When alone, Dawn accused Billy of putting Clemmie up to it, but she realised he hadn't and the pair once again had the same argument. Elsewhere in Emmerdale tonight Charity tried to get Sarah to open up to her, but she refused. Still keeping her potential cancer diagnosis a secret, Sarah got a call from the hospital asking her to come in. What will the news be? Read more: Who’s leaving and returning to Emmerdale in 2025?
