And things are about to get even worse for her. Joe is intent on getting Moira’s farm in order to prove Kim can trust him after the whole Dr Crowley fiasco. But Moira realised he was playing a game and decided not to sell. But Joe isn’t one to let things go easily. Tonight he sent some thugs to Butler’s to cause a scare. However, things didn’t go to plan and Moira immediately knew he was behind it. Joe wants the farm (Credit: ITV) Joe sent thugs to the farm Tonight, Joe Tate stepped up a gear and ordered some thugs to do whatever it took to get Moira’s farm. But what he didn’t expect was his plan to be thwarted by Kyle, who stabbed one of them with a pitchfork. While they were still trying to threaten him, Moira arrived with her gun in her hands and told them to leave. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers When Cain arrived home, it didn’t take long before the blame was directed at Joe. And while he wanted to get his hands on him, Moira decided they should wait for the police to get there first. But in true Joe fashion, he denied any and all responsibility, which left PC Swirling telling Moira they had no evidence to suggest otherwise. Not okay with this, Moira headed to Home Farm and had a go at Joe. But just as she went to hit him, Lydia accidentally got in the way and fell to the floor. Spoilers show that Kyle will watch on in horror as Moira gets arrested by PC Swirling. And when they are alone, he tells her that her case doesn’t look good. With all the troubles at the farm, getting arrested is definitely the last thing Moira needs! But on top of that, it puts a divide in the Dingles clan yet again as Sam and Cain clash in the Woolpack. After their argument Cain firmly tells Sam to pick a side: Tate’s or the Dingle’s. Is Sam about to make a huge mistake? Or does his loyalties lie with his family? What else happened in Emmerdale tonight? In Emmerdale tonight, Aaron tried to get Mack to tell Charity the truth, and Marlon interfered in April's apprenticeship. Marlon interfered with April's future in Emmerdale tonight After April's announcement that she wasn't going back to school, Marlon decided to get Belle to revoke her apprenticeship. However, Belle wasn't on board, telling Marlon that it's a really difficult ask. But eventually she agreed. During the conversation with April, it didn't take long for her to realise Marlon was behind the decision, and headed to talk to him. April pleaded her case and also thanked her dad for being there for her, but insisted this is what she wants. And so ultimately, Marlon agreed. Robert went fishing for information Intent on learning more about John, Robert headed off to see Jacob, wanting to know about his and John's coffee mishap. While Jacob had to rush off, Robert wasn't giving up and headed back to speak to Eric. Eric told him how strange the whole ordeal was but how they were grateful to John (yawn!). But things got a bit more interesting when Eric proceeded to tell Rob about the numerous people John has saved. Mack lied to Charity in Emmerdale tonight Charity had her hospital appointment, and Moira gave Mack time off to go be with her. But instead, Mack told Charity they were snowed under at the farm and had to go and help out. Obviously, Charity was upset that he wouldn't be there, but she believed him and so she headed off with Sarah and Jacob. Aaron encouraged Mack to be honest Instead of being at the hospital, Mack was in the cafe chatting to Aaron. He took the opportunity to open up to his best mate about how he is feeling, and admitted he didn't want to be insensitive to the reasons why Charity is doing it. But he is still struggling to accept it. Aaron encouraged Mack to tell Charity how he was feeling instead of keeping it in. So he headed to the hospital hoping to find her before the procedure. However, he arrived too late and everything had already happened. And so, he backed out of telling Charity the truth. Will Mack ever tell her how he is feeling?
