So is he really dead? In a recent interview, Joshua Richards who plays Bear didn’t give much away, but he did say: “ITV can feel justified in saying, yes, we can end this now, because the viewing public are fed up with these people and the terrible acts they are committing. “I thoroughly enjoyed working with Joe Absolom and with Jaye Griffiths who are both great actors and I do miss them now. As they’ve gone. But for the storyline, I think everybody in the village has nothing but benefits from their demise.” He added: “I’ve enjoyed the process. Although it’s been harrowing and it’s ongoing. But everybody from the top to the bottom, has been nothing but supportive and brilliant at what they do. I’m very proud to be a part of it.” As he says it’s “ongoing”, is that a major hint Bear is not dead yet? Has Celia’s reign of terror come to an end in Emmerdale? (Credit: ITV) 2. Is Celia dead in Emmerdale? Celia was very angry at Ray for not killing April. She slapped him, belittled him and pulled apart his beloved grandad who was the only family Ray had ever known. Celia later went to apologise in her own way, and brought him in for a hug. She told him she was the only person who will ever love him. Ray said he was sorry and then stabbed her. She spluttered for breath as she whispered she was “proud” of him and fell to the floor. Is that the end of Celia? Is she really dead? Or is there more to come? Kev returned to the village to tip Aaron off about John and then went to see Lewis. Nicola intercepted him and told him to leave. She gave Kev an ultimatum: tell Lewis the truth about being his dad and then stick around and actually be a dad to him. Or leave for good. Kev was seen walking away, but will he really go? Lewis will find out the truth one way or another, so we don’t reckon Kev’s gone for ever… Robert and Aaron are being held hostage (Credit: ITV) 4. Who will rescue Aaron and Robert in Emmerdale? After Kev escaped and left him beaten, John resorted to plan B. He waited for Aaron to leave for Weatherfield (!) with Chas and Liam before breaking into the flat. He then meddled with the gas boiler so Robert was slowly being poisoned. John then held Robert at gunpoint, while breathing through an oxygen tank to make sure he didn’t die. But Kev warned Aaron John was back and out for Robert. Aaron raced back to the flat and managed to persuade John to save Robert’s life. He did, but he agreed to do so only on the proviso Aaron, Victoria and Harry would be moving with him to France the next day to start afresh. It leaves them trapped in the flat overnight, so there’s time for them to be rescued. Who will do it? Next week, John is bound and gagged at the flat, so somehow the boys have overpowered him, but what will happen next? We’re careering into Corriedale and John Sugden is a key player as he and Aaron end up driving off together. But while Aaron thinks they are going to the police station, that really isn’t the case… Mack knows and wants to punish Charity (Credit: ITV) 5. What will Mack do next?
