And this spells trouble for Rhona Goskirk and Marlon Dingle as it could well put their marriage on rocky ground. It’s all thanks to Joe Tate, who decided at the 11th hour he could forgive Graham. So do we smell divorce for Marlon and Rhona? Graham and Rhona still feel it (Credit: ITV) Graham and Rhona’s chemistry sizzles When Graham returned to Emmerdale it was to help Rhona and stepdaughter April after hearing about the trouble April was in. He promised Rhona he would protect her family and he wouldn’t leave Ray alive. He wasn’t actually able to finish the job in the end, but no matter because Bear Wolf did it for him, killing Ray. Graham then returned to the village again this week to see Rhona. She pretended to be shocked to see him, but we could all see she was happy he was back. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers The chemistry between them has gone nowhere. Graham came out of hiding purely for Rhona, that’s how much he loves her. AND he remembers exactly how she likes her cuppa. If that’s not love, then what is? In fact, Rhona even told him her ‘tastes haven’t changed’ – supposedly referring to the tea, but we all know that’s NOT what she was talking about! Graham was going to leave Emmerdale but changed his mind (Credit: ITV) Graham decided to leave Emmerdale tonight After facing up to Joe Tate and Kim on Wednesday night (January 28) Graham was arrested. Tonight (Thursday January 29) in the police interview room Graham remained cool and collected. And eventually an officer came in to tell the detective the bosses had said Graham was to be released without charge and the enquiry dropped. Thanks DI Dent! He then returned to the village to see Rhona and Leo. However Marlon had found out the truth about Graham’s return after Kim told him. Unable to believe it, Marlon went to see Rhona and found her and Leo with Graham. Knowing that he had served time for killing Graham when all along he was alive, Marlon was understandably annoyed. He was even more annoyed when he realised Rhona had know for weeks Graham wasn’t dead. Graham apologised and insisted he was leaving and they’d never see him again. Rhona and Marlon both breathed a sigh of relief, thinking now they could get their marriage back on track. However what they don’t know is that Joe had had a change of heart thanks to Dawn. He tracked Graham down and asked him to stay, offering him a room at Home Farm. Kim is not going to be happy! But neither are Marlon and Rhona… Rhona begged Marlon to believe she chooses him (Credit: ITV) Next week for Marlon and Rhona in Emmerdale When Marlon and Rhona find out this is bound to cause trouble in their marriage. They are going to have to stay strong and pull together. But can Rhona really fight her feelings for the man she was once prepared to risk it all for? Lydia and Gabby are shocked to find Graham in Home Farm next week. Joe realises they have to get ahead of this and he and Graham head to the pub to reveal he’s alive and well.
