We thought this might be it and Celia would be left with nothing. But in fact she still holds all the cards and Moira and Cain are the ones in trouble. Big trouble. Here’s what went down. Things didn’t go as we’d hoped for Moira with Ray and Celia (Credit: ITV) Moira and Cain gave in in Emmerdale Moira and Cain were ready to confront Celia after yesterday’s altercation (Thursday December 18). But Moira was nervous and had her doubts. Meanwhile, Celia revealed to Ray they were leaving on New Year’s Day and going to Wrexham. As Cain and Moira faced up to Ray and Celia, Celia managed to turn on the charm. She had transferred the money Moira was owed and even offered her £2k cash as a gesture of goodwill (Marlon’s £2k that Ray had earlier collected!) Moira agreed to leave it at that and refused the cash. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers And that was that. The big Moira and Cain getting justice was just, well, over. So what happened to Celia needing to watch her back? And where was the Dingle-style take down? Ray questioned what Celia was doing letting Moira get away so easily, but Celia assured him Moira and Cain were up to their necks and by the time they knew it Celia would be long gone. Again, how has she managed to get the upper hand here? Celia later demanded Ray starts winding things up, but he tried to get out of leaving by suggesting they’d be silly to leave the deal with Marlon behind. But Celia told him April would be going with them, so Marlon would still pay. Robert and Aaron are back home where they belong (Credit: ITV) Also in Emmerdale tonight – Robert and Aaron returned and Lydia confessed Robert and Aaron are back! They announced they were moving back in together to start the rest of their lives. They also want Seb to come back to the village. Everything feels joyous in Robron’s world. Except next week, things will not look so rosy… Elsewhere, Lydia was still in a state over Kim’s offer to leave her Home Farm and had been up all night worrying. Sam insisted she must accept the offer. But Lydia felt too guilty knowing she’s responsible for killing Ice. Kim and Lydia went to spread Ice’s ashes and Kim got emotional. Kim was still adamant she wanted Lydia to have Home Farm. Lydia then blurted out the truth about what had happened to Ice, leaving Kim stunned. Kim sacked both Lydia and Sam saying she’d never trust anyone again. Also, Vanessa put more pressure on Charity about the real baby parents. Charity went along with the idea it could be Mack’s, still not revealing the truth about Ross. But she did admit she was having more tests privately to make sure everything was okay with the baby. The tests are on Christmas Eve and it means she’ll miss the gender reveal party (which is actually a secret wedding). Sarah obviously threw a strop, but Charity was adament she couldn’t go.
