All the clues Sarah is going to die in horrifying twist including Jacob calling 'time of death'

Will this end badly for Sarah?

Emmerdale fans reckon that Sarah Sugden will die as she continues with IVF plans despite cancer diagnosis. Admittedly, there are some worrying ‘clues’ that this could be the case…

We’ve just welcomed one Sugden back in the form of Robert, but could he just be an early replacement for the loss of Sarah?

Here are all the ‘clues’ so far that Sarah’s about to peg it.

1. Jacob friendship

Sarah’s suddenly rekindled her friendship with Jacob and has even now started to consider him as a possible sperm donor. We could think of better choices…

We all know that Jacob’s training to be a doctor (how could we forget?), and death never seems to stay far away from him.

Now one fan has suggested that Sarah’s friendship with Jacob is a possible ‘clue’ that he will be right next to her when she dies.

Taking to X, one fan predicted: “Jacob will be the one to call Sarah’s death. Betcha.”

2. Cain standing at a grave

In a flash-foward scene teased at the start of the year, Cain Dingle was standing at a graveside while teary-eyed.

While it might now be taken as a ‘given’ that this grave is Nate’s, we don’t yet know for certain as the scene is yet to have aired.

It is possible then that the grave Cain is standing at is Sarah’s instead. With Sarah Sugden having cancer and still pushing through with the idea of having a baby (no pun intended), she’s playing a dangerous game that could backfire.

One fan predicted whose grave Cain was at and suggested: “Seems too obvious it’s Caleb’s grave Cain’s crying at to me. My out on a limb prediction is Sarah is going to die, and that she’ll be rushed into hospital in Jacob’s special ep.”

3. ‘I’ll live’

When Sarah took a funny turn recently after experiencing some pain, she shook it off and made out that it was completely normal after starting the IVF process to experience some twinges.

She then brushed it all off and said ‘I’ll live.’ But, what if she doesn’t? We all know that soap characters usually have a glimpse of a hopeful future right before their deaths. Will Sarah live?

4. Death references

Sarah’s also making a very big point of reminding Jacob that ‘she doesn’t plan on dying anytime soon.’ But, she’s not helping her chances by trying for a baby while battling with cervical cancer.

This as well as her other health conditions could lead her to her death despite believing she’ll be around for another ’20 years.’
