All about Andrew Scarborough and Ben Addis in Emmerdale

Andrew Scarborough starred as Graham Foster in Emmerdale for three years between 2017 and 2020.

Graham was a father figure to Joe Tate. He wasn’t popular in the village and made many enemies during his time there.

It was no surprise when Graham was murdered, with an endless list of suspects – much like Joe Tate’s recent whodunnit story.

But Graham’s death came at the hands of partner Rhona Goskirk’s ex husband and rapist Pierce Harris. Pierce hit Graham over the head with a log and then dragged him through the woods. Graham regained consciousness and it was revealed that he had previously beaten Pierce up.

The two had a fight and Graham fell off a cliff. However, he somehow survived the fall, but Pierce finished him off by hitting him over the head with a torch.

Ben Addis’ role in Emmerdale was more recent. He played Craig Reed in 2023. Craig was a childhood friend of Lydia Dingle. He was also the father of her stillborn baby.

The pair hadn’t seen each other for many years but reconnected after meeting at a job fair at The Hide.

Lydia got herself a job with Craig, but Craig soon became obsessed with Lydia. This took a horrifying turn when he raped her.

Lydia continued to work for Craig, which was torture for her. But she eventually told her family the truth. Craig was then found dead, with all the Dingles being suspects. Although Sam beat Craig up, a flashback episode revealed that Kim’s horse had kicked out at Craig, killing him instantly.
