Last month, Vinny surprised everyone when he tried to kiss his best pal Kammy. And ever since then, he has refused to answer any questions or talk about it with Kammy. Instead, he keeps pretending that it never happened, and avoids Kammy as much as possible. But this week, Gabby ends up in hospital after her desperation to lose weight turns dangerous. And fans think she will learn about another shock while there. So she begins a crash diet, which has disastrous consequences. But this week Laurel also accidentally overhears a conversation between Kammy and Vinny about their almost-kiss leaving her shocked. And that will bring more bumps to her and Vinny’s relationship. They penned: “Gabby is pregnant, I can feel it coming.” Another agreed, adding: “I was thinking this too.” If she is pregnant, this would add even more stress onto Vinny, who is currently struggling with everything that’s happened between him and Kammy. This week, Gabby and Sarah are involved in a near car crash after Gabby experiences bad side effects to her crash diet. At the garage, Sarah is trying to work out what is wrong with Gabby’s car and offers to join her on a diagnostic drive. But as the pair make their way down country lanes Gabby begins to feel light-headed. And there’s no time to pull over. As Gabby faints behind the wheel, Sarah tries manages to pull the car to a stop before she crashes. And immediately drives them to the hospital. However, by the time they arrive Sarah is also in a bad way following her recent hysterectomy. One Instagram user believed as Sarah is desperate to be a mum, and saved Gabby’s life, she may ultimately decide to give her the baby. Especially if she discovers the truth about Vinny. They commented: “She may offer the baby to Sarah once the truth about Vinny comes out?” While Emmerdale fans have a list of people that could be a surrogate for Sarah, Gabby’s name wasn’t on it. But could this accident bond the girls, and ultimately end up helping Sarah achieve her goal of being a mum?
