Joe Tate recently found himself getting pushed out of a Home Farm window. The attack took place once all of his enemies found out the truth about him spiking Noah. And there were a lot of people out for blood. While many viewers thought it was going to be someone shocking and out of the box, it turned out Dawn Fletcher really was the culprit. And after the “anticlimactic” reveal, many think something more is to come. Joe’s whodunnit was revealed very quickly (Credit: ITV) Joe whodunnit culprit confirmed as Dawn When Emmerdale announced the Joe whodunnit, they went big with the promos for it. There were trailers, promo pictures and even social media unaired interview clips from every suspect. So now the question is, why bother to go that big when the reveal happens straight after the attack? article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Joe woke up last night (May 16) and confirmed that it was Dawn who pushed him. But he didn’t seem that bothered, and was more focussed on them getting back together. However, she told him that couldn’t happen because Billy was blackmailing her. So, in true Joe style, he threatened Billy himself. Usually a soap whodunnit lasts a while. Longer than an episode at least. But not this one. After Billy was taken in by the police, Dawn gave him an alibi and told him she did it. many were waiting for her to be covering for her kids, but that wasn’t the case. Is there another Joe attack coming? (Credit: ITV) Joe set for a bigger attack in Emmerdale? Taking to a Reddit thread, some viewers debated whether or not this attack on Joe was a red herring. And perhaps there is a murder around the corner. One wrote: “I feel like Joe being pushed isn’t the true whodunnit. Something more is to come. All of the hype and build up just for it to be revealed in the next episode. And for it to be Dawn was anticlimactic. Maybe it’s just wishful thinking, and giving the writers the benefit of the doubt for this boring reveal.” Another agreed, adding: “Yes, there has to be SOMETHING missing.” A third penned: “Something else is definitely going to happen with this story. Billy threatened him and Jacob had to stop himself from hurting him. I think it’s a good bet that Joe will die soon and there will be an even longer list of suspects.” “It wasn’t much of a whodunnit like they advertised. He literally knew it was Dawn. Such a letdown, something has to happen” an annoyed fan wrote.
