And he’s back for revenge on Joe. Months ago, Joe paid Crowley quite a lot of money for his help to steal Caleb’s kidney. And after they were successful, Joe didn’t think he would ever see the dodgy doctor again. But in recent episodes, Crowley has once again appeared, and has told Joe he wants Kim’s money – otherwise he will hurt Dawn and the kids. While Emmerdale fans are confused as to why Joe doesn’t tell Kim about Crowley since she already knows about the kidney theft, some believe she is already aware that her new man is actually evil. Crowley was revealed to be Kim’s mystery man (Credit: ITV) Crowley held Joe hostage For a while, Joe was getting threats from an unknown person, demanding £100K. And after much consideration, he fired his right-hand man Shaun, believing it was from him. While Shaun was involved and whacked him over the head with a shovel, it turned out Dr Crowley was back having lost his job and money. And he wanted more from Joe than what he initially got. He temporarily held him in a makeshift hospital, until Joe gave him all of his money. But that wasn’t enough as he also wants Kim’s too. So much so, that he was revealed to be the mystery man, Eddie, who was putting a smile back on Kim’s face. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Instead of telling Kim – or anyone – Joe has kept it a secret. But some fans actually think Kim knows something is going on. And while she may not know the specifics, they believe she is working against Dr Crowley already. Queen Kim would never fall for his lies (Credit: ITV) Is Kim already onto Dr Crowley in Emmerdale? Kim is quite literally one of the most iconic people in the show. And after everything she has been through in her life, she isn’t stupid. So it would be completely out of character for her to go into this relationship with full trust of this man she just met. Instead, some fans think the Queen of Home Farm may have believed him at first, but has caught on that his intentions aren’t exactly what he says they are. And she may even be way ahead of him in terms of payback. Taking to X, one fan wrote: “Dr Crowley wants to get hold of Kim’s money. That’s never going to happen. Kim could already be playing him and may be 10 steps ahead.” Another added: “Kim isn’t dumb. Surely she has or will see through Dr Evil?” A third remembered that she used to have spy cameras to check on Joe, and wondered if she has actually kept them there this whole time. They wrote: “Has Kim still got the camera in the lounge? Would love for her to overhear the conversation between Joe and Eddie…” However, one other fan actually predicted that instead of working against Dr Crowley, perhaps Kim is working with him – to take down Joe. They wrote: “The only thing about this Joe storyline is does Kim already know and is the real one pulling the strings? I don’t think Dr Death or the heavy could come up with a plan between them.
