It’s been a difficult few months for Vinny. Ever since he tried to kiss his best pal Kammy, he has been struggling with confusion surrounding his sexuality. The timing isn’t really great, as he is about to marry his girlfriend, Gabby Thomas. But one person Vinny can’t help but talk about quite a lot recently is Liv Dingle, his previous wife. Liv, the sister of Aaron Dingle, tragically died in 2022 after a storm trapped Liv under a caravan. Since her death, Gabby was the first person Vinny allowed himself to move on with. But lately he’s been reflecting on his and Liv’s relationship, and so fans think she might make a shock ‘return’. Recently, Vinny has opened up to Aaron slightly. But when Aaron told him about kissing Robert on his own wedding day, Vinny backed out of telling him everything. Especially considering he was so supportive to her when she realised she was A-sexual. So after a few years, is there a chance we will see Liv again? And the fall-out afterwards was devastating to watch. And ultimately it caused Aaron to temporarily leave the village. But some fans think Isobel Steele will be making a brief cameo as Liv. Fans discussed the potential return on a Facebook fan page. One wrote: “I would love to see Liv come back as a hallucination for Vinny. She could make him see sense and stop his wedding to Gabby.” Another added: “Oh yes I would love this. I miss Liv so much.” “This would be amazing. Vinny will always have a special place in his heart for Liv. He would definitely listen to her if he saw her as a ghost.
