They’re one of many real-life Emmerdale couples.

in 2022, they confirmed their engagement. And now, three years later, the Emmerdale couple have officially had their wedding. And it reportedly cost a huge £100K. So let’s have a look at what we know about their big day.

Lavish food and drinks served

It’s been reported that throughout the event and rehearsal dinner bottles of Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose – which cost £82 per bottle – were being handed out to keep guests refreshed.

As for the food at the rehearsal dinner, the couple opted to have a huge BBQ and gave out branded ‘KM’ bars of Tony’s Chocolate Chocolonely bars. How cool!

Lighting lanterns together

On the pre-wedding night, all of the guests were led from the barn across the meadows. They ended up having a lakeside dinner by a brass band.

Then the adored couple got on a rowing boat on the estate to release some Chinese lanterns together. This is meant to symbolise the welcoming of new hope and positivity.

Adorable setting for vows

The big wedding day for the Emmerdale couple actually started with a group workout as the duo love their fitness. But it’s believed the partying that night was going on until 2am!

It was then time for their vow exchange which took place in a stunning countryside setting with their closest friends and family.

The couple then got into a convertible car together before being driven off with confetti and red smoke.

Love Island’s Callum Jones, who is friends with the couple, made an appearance. And Code of Silence star Kieron Moore also was there.

Another huge name was Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle. And not only was she at the wedding, but she also performed at the party in the evening!

‘No expense spared’

A wedding industry insider told The Sun, the overall cost of the extravagant ceremony was probably around £100K.

The source told the outlet: “There really has been no expense spared for Max and Kris. Every detail has been taken care of with only the most stylish and chic things for the day. It’s something for their family and friends to remember forever.”
