Has Graham got a secret plan in Emmerdale? Joe Tate could regret everything

Graham is not impressed by Joe's behaviour right now

Something is bugging us about Graham Foster – why is he just falling into line with whatever Joe Tate says since his Emmerdale return even when he clearly doesn’t like it?

Is there something else going on here? Does Graham have a plan that we don’t know about? Or is it just his guilt about faking his own death making him go along with everything Joe tells him?

Graham made his feelings clear in Emmerdale tonight

On Wednesday February 11 Joe got his way and Robert and Victoria signed their share of Moira’s farm over to him. Victoria felt sick at what she’d done, conning Moira into feeling sorry for her so she’d agree to let them sell. So Vic decided to leave the village, letting Robert deal with the inevitable fallout.

At Home Farm, Joe didn’t much care about Victoria’s woes, but was instead celebrating his win. He popped the Champagne and Kim was impressed with him.

But she banned him from moving on Moira while she was in prison. Kim insisted they need to be “graceful” about it: “No moves until I say so.”

Joe seemingly agreed when Graham spoke up and said he thought Kim was right. But once Kim was out of earshot, Joe told Graham he’d get his hands on Moira’s share by any means necessary.

Graham was really unhappy with how Joe had destroyed another family. But Joe didn’t really care. He threatened Graham: “You better fall in line. If you want to be on my team, Graham, you will play by my rules,” he said.

Is Graham up to something?

It’s not the first time Joe has spoken to Graham in such a way. In fact, even when he offered Graham his ‘position’ back, it surprised us that Graham just accepted it.

He’s spent six years working for the highest bidder, making himself invaluable and invisible at the same time. So why is he cowing down to Joe Tate now?

Is it because of guilt at letting him believe he’s dead? Or is there more to it? Fans certainly think so.

“I really do hope Graham flips on Joe for being so arrogant and entitled and helps out Vic and Robert and Moira,” shared one on social media.

Another said: “I defo think Graham is up to something big and playing Joe.” Someone else agreed: “Hope Graham brings Joe down!”

“Don’t think Graham is going to be on Joe’s team for very long…” predicted a fourth.

Meanwhile a fifth said: “I’m getting the feeling Graham is playing Joe.” A sixth said: “I would pay for Graham to be backing Sugdens due to someone we dont know about hence why he watched and seemed to know about the video”

Graham definitely doesn’t like the way Joe is doing business, but the question is: will he step in and do something about it? Is there more to his comeback than meets the eye?
