Sarah has grown increasingly close to Kammy since his arrival in the village, bonding over their love of vehicular maintenance and winding up her grandparents. And, this week, the pair decided to make it official. Jacob (and Charity’s) nose was put out of joint when their friendship got her in hot water with the police (even though he’d tried to talk her out of it). But, as he prepared to take the rap for her hotheaded behaviour, he proved to be worthy of her trust. He promised to stand by her, come what may. Jacob, meanwhile, wasn’t best pleased by their apparently solid relationship. And, as he saw the pair swanning through the village having just indulged in a little afternoon delight, grew even more infuriated. In the Woolpack afterwards, he and Charity plotted to rid themselves of Kammy. And, while most found it to be sweet, one fan wondered whether this might end with Sarah falling pregnant. “Whats the odds kammy gets sarah prego?” one fan asked, on X. This comes months after Sarah believed she’d fallen pregnant with Jacob’s child. She was distraught when Manpreet told her that there was no baby, and that it had been a phantom pregnancy. Believing this to be her only chance at motherhood, Sarah’s heart was broken. And, to rub salt into the wound, an unsympathetic Jacob broke up with her soon afterwards.
