This came as Vanessa, feeling drunk and bitter, dropped her in it by announcing to everyone that Tracy had been stealing from Pollard. Pollard was left shocked by her betrayal, having previously blamed himself for the shortcomings in the till. Needless to say, he didn’t take it well. Tracy was horrified as Vanessa aired all her dirty laundry (Credit: ITV) Tracy announces she’s leaving Emmerdale after being exposed by Vanessa As Pollard sacked Tracy on the spot, she suddenly found herself jobless and questioning her future. Back at home, as Vanessa recovered from her hangover, Tracy announced that she would be moving in with a friend in Nottingham. But is that really it for Tracy? (Credit: ITV) Emmerdale star Amy Walsh teases moment Tracy learns the truth about Nate Earlier this month, star Amy Walsh teased how viewers might soon find out who killed Nate. And that came tonight, as the soap revealed that John had been responsible for Nate’s death – drugging him in an attempt to ‘help’ with his injuries. Speaking to The Metro, Amy shared her thoughts on the moment Tracy finds out about Nate. “I think it’s going to be so exciting! I’ve just started the beginning of that story when she finds out. It’s brilliant. I love that the audience knows but she doesn’t and they’re just waiting for this pay-off and for her to find out who’s done it.” And, as Tracy has yet to learn that Nate’s even dead, that means her exit to Nottingham can’t be a permanent one. Amy continued: “It’s been a long time coming. All this feeling she’s had that he’s treated her badly, and finally poor Nate gets his justice. It’s such a journey for Tracy to take.
