Aaron and his killer ex John feature in the crossover, as their car loses control, causing a huge crash between Hotten and Weatherfield. Pregnant Charity and Mack are also caught up in the carnage as his revenge mission takes a terrible turn. Meanwhile, a disheveled April returns to the village and finds the bravery to expose Celia and Ray’s crimes. Bear is still unaccounted for, and as fears for Paddy’s father mount, there’s a body being hidden at the Depot. John falls into Aaron’s trap in Emmerdale spoilers The explosive week kicks off with killer John Sugden being held captive inside Aaron and Robert’s flat. Just when it looks as if John is about to be shot dead, Aaron turns on Robert and knocks him out cold. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Next, Aaron plants a kiss on John’s lips, seemingly confirming he’s chosen him. John believes his greatest wish has been realised, but he’s so blinded by love and obsession he doesn’t realise he’s just fallen into his ex’s trap. Outside, Aaron pulls John in for a hug and seizes the gun he’s holding from his hands. Pointing the firearm in his ex’s direction, Aaron orders John to drive them to the police station so he can hand himself in. Moments later, Robert regains consciousness. He stumbles outside, where he runs into Joe Tate and begs for his help rescuing Aaron from John’s clutches. Joe finally agrees to help, but they may already be too late. Back on the road, John is going faster and faster, Aaron tries to take control of the steering wheel, but as he does, John lunges for the gun. Within seconds their vehicle veers dangerously out of control, and into the path of others… Mack and Charity’s journey takes a tragic turn (Credit: ITV) 2. Mack takes revenge on cheating Charity Aaron isn’t the only Dingle in terrible danger, as Mack plots his revenge on Charity. For months Charity has allowed everyone to believe the baby she’s carrying belongs to Sarah and Jacob. But now Mack has discovered his wife’s betrayal. As the magnitude of Charity’s lies starts to sink in, Mack is consumed with rage. He decides to bide his time and not confront her straight away. Instead, Mack persuades Charity to go out in the car with him. But as the journey gets underway, Charity realises Mack knows about her baby lie. Tensions quickly build as Charity is forced to admit the baby may not be Sarah’s. Mack then tells Charity they must drive to the airport – where Sarah and Jacob are headed for their honeymoon – so she can tell her granddaughter the truth to her face. Thinking he can see Sarah and Jacob’s car ahead, Mack floors the accelerator through the floor. Charity pleads with him to slow down, but it’s too late… The worlds of Weatherfield and Emmerdale collide (Credit: ITV) 3. Two worlds collide in Corriedale It’s the moment soap fans have been waiting for as the highly-anticipated Corriedale delivers a hour of life-changing drama. The crossover begins at the wedding of Corrie’s Debbie Webster and Ronnie Clayton, where love rat Carl Webster’s double life is about to implode. As the extent of his betrayal is revealed, a drunk and desperate Carl speeds away from Weatherfield, with Debbie in the car. Bent copper Becky Swain is also fleeing her past and has Lisa and Betsy in the car with her. But as events spiral, Becky loses control of her vehicle, triggering a huge smash with oncoming traffic. Just behind them is a minibus, driven by Billy Mayhew. Also inside the vehicle is David Platt, his pregnant wife Shona, Steve McDonald and Tracy Barlow. Billy has just seconds to react before Carl careers his car on the wet road. Travelling in the opposite direction are locals from Emmerdale. Hot on their tail is Aaron’s soulmate Robert Sugden. While Weatherfield copper Kit Green, is on a mission to pursue fugitives. Also on the road are Cain and Moira Dingle. The couple are taking newlyweds Jacob and Sarah Gallagher to the airport when they’re blinded by Mackenzie Boyd’s car lights. Mack has wife Charity Dingle in the passenger seat, and is hellbent on letting Sarah know about her baby lie. As Mack’s car crashes on the road, Cain has to try and avert another disaster. He reaches out to a shaken Asha Alahan, who’s also been caught up in the crash. Meanwhile, trainee doctor Jacob rushes towards the scene of the carnage and tends to an injured David and Shona. In the queue of traffic, a mysterious van pulls up. Inside is a terrified young woman called Jodie, who’s been bound and gagged. But who is she? Charity and Shona both fear for the safety of their unborn babies. Who will survive this night of terror? April and Ross are bound together by a secret (Credit: ITV) 4. April makes a dramatic return in Emmerdale spoilers April remains missing, and her family are beside themselves with worry for her wellbeing. There are also huge secrets being harboured. Laurel is in a state of panic as she stashes something inside a drawer, while Rhona makes a furtive phone call and a guilty-looking Marlon sends a text. Later, Ross pulls up outside the vets, and with him is April. The pair are bound by a secret, but what is it? Marlon is beside himself with relief to have his daughter home, as he and Rhona try and understand what’s happened to her. Rhona is desperate to know if there will be any further repercussions from Ray or Celia, but April is noncommittal. What fresh hell awaits? And are Celia and Ray gone for good? April tells her family the whole truth (Credit: ITV) 5. Fears mount for missing Bear The full extent Celia and Ray’s crimes are finally laid bare as April tells her family everything. Gathering Marlon, Rhona, Mary, Bob and Dylan together, April reveals how the evil pair lured her and Dylan into a world of drug dealing and prostitution. April is adamant she must go to the police, but her family fear what might happen if she talks. They’re particularly worried about Bear, after learning he was held captive and forced to work as one of Celia’s human slaves. As Bob struggles to process what he’s learnt, he decides it’s time to inform his fellow locals. He heads to The Woolpack, where he reveals the truth about Ray and Celia’s criminal empire. Meanwhile, Moira is left reeling in shock when she hears the news from Ross. Paddy then returns to the village, where Rhona is waiting to tell him about Bear. It all comes as a terrible shock to Paddy, but he assures April and Dylan that none of what happened to his dad was their fault. Fears for Bear continue to mount when the police arrive and tell Paddy he should prepare for the worst. April is also petrified she will be arrested for Callum’s murder – but is she going to learn her victim didn’t actually die? Jai and Caleb don’t realise there’s a body at the Depot (Credit: ITV) 6. There’s a body at the Depot Emmerdale spoilers Up at the Depot, Jai makes his way towards a van ready to go on a haulage run to Manchester. Caleb insists there’s nothing that can’t wait until tomorrow, so the pair leave the van behind. But what Jai, and Caleb, don’t realise is there is dead body lying inside the vehicle.
