Moira recently started radiotherapy treatment following an operation to remove a brain tumour last year. Spoilers reveal Moira will be horrified when a chunk of her hair falls out. Cain Dingle tries to support his wife through this traumatic time, but Moira rejects her husband and demands he leave her alone. He is determined to support his wife (Credit: ITV) Cain comes up with a plan in Emmerdale spoilers Feeling guilty over his fling with sister-in-law Ruby Fox-Miligan, Cain previously missed an important hospital appointment for Moira. He then found himself arrested after trying to get to said appointment. Now, Cain is determined to be the perfect husband, but he struggles when Moira pushes him away. Feeling rejected, he opens up to Charity and Lydia about the situation with Moira and seeks advice about what he should do.
