Scared and desperate, she asks Vanessa if she’ll provide her with a false alibi for the day Nate died. But will she break the law to help her? The Dingles all think that Tracy killed Nate (Credit: ITV) Cain thinks Tracy murdered Nate in Emmerdale spoilers Nate’s death has sent shockwaves through the village and the finger of suspicion is getting pointed in all directions. The police seem to think Cain did it, but have nothing concrete to pin it on him. Meanwhile, the real killer, John is getting away with murder – quite literally. As the week begins, John is interviewed by DS Walsh about the day Nate disappeared. He answers their questions and hopes he’s said enough not only to protect Cain, but also himself. John tries to persuade the police that Cain didn’t do it (Credit: ITV) Across the village, Tracy finds herself confronted by a crowd of angry Dingles. Sam wants to know why she told the police that Cain killed Nate. She faces off against him, Belle, Aaron, John and Cain, and as tempers flare, Cain turns the tables on Tracy, accusing her of murder! Following the public spat, John is on hand to offer his support to Cain. He can see he’s struggling and reassures Cain that the police will soon find something else to focus on. John then sets a new plan into action, one which he hopes will shift the blame onto Tracy. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Tracy is stitched up by John (Credit: ITV) Tracy is framed by John Next day, Tracy recieves an unwelcome surprise when the police turn up at Tug Ghyll with a search warrant. She insists they’re wasting their time, but how will she explain herself when they discover Nate’s phone hidden in Frankie’s playhouse? It seems John has been busy again and Tracy has no explanation as to why the phone is there. She can barely contain her fear as the officers haul her down the station for questioning. Inside the interview room, things take another shocking turn when the police tell Tracy there’s no record of the removal men who supposedly took Nate’s belongings to Shetland. Tracy is still sure Cain is the guilty party (Credit: ITV) By some miracle, Tracy is let go. As she returns home she spots Cain and makes it clear she still suspects he killed Nate. Battle lines are drawn between the pair, neither of whom realise the real murderer is living amongst them. Will Vanessa lie to the police for Tracy? (Credit: ITV) Emmerdale spoilers: Tracy asks Vanessa for an alibi over Nate’s murder As the investigation continues the police reveal they believe Nate died the day he was set to leave for Scotland. Tracy panics and tells police that she was at Vanessa’s the entire day, which of course is a huge lie. Thrown into panic, she meets with Vanessa and asks if she’ll corroborate her false alibi. But when DS Walsh comes calling to get an official statement, Vanessa is left like a deer in the headlights. Will she risk her career in order to protect her sibling? Ruby finds herself on the receiving end of Tracy’s rage (Credit: ITV) Tracy attacks Ruby Tracy’s bad week continues when she has a run-in with Ruby in the middle of The Woolpack. Ruby twists the knife over Nate, which leads Tracy to flip. She slaps Ruby hard in the face, as John and the rest of the locals watch on in shock. But will her public outburst only succeed in making her look more guilty?
