Moira faces a dilemma After Kim and Joe’s offer to buy Butler’s Farm and have her as tenant farmer, Moira is torn. With the bills mounting up and now even more fines from the water board, she has very little options. She confides in Cain what’s going on and he is stunned. Is Kim really planning on letting her have her land as if nothing has changed? Or is Joe leading her up a merry path only to rip the rug from under her as soon as he can? Robert goes to the police in Emmerdale spoilers After digging into Nate’s death and John’s role in it, Robert is sure he has enough evidence to prove John was involved. Having found out Owen Michaels, who John has framed for the murder, couldn’t possibly have killed Nate, Robert wants to act. But Owen’s brother Steve has made it very clear he will not talk to the police. Owen and Steve were doing something very illegal on the date Nate died and Steve would rather see his brother’s name sullied than admit the truth. He heads to the police station wanting to talk to someone. Claiming to have information about Nate’s murder, is Robert about to point the finger at John? And does he really have enough evidence to prove Owen innocent – and make sure John goes down? Marlon isn’t impressed with April’s announcement (Credit: ITV) 3. April drops a bombshell on Marlon April is doing really well at Take A Vow and it’s obvious she’s a natural. Loving her job makes April much happier than she has been in months. Marlon notes the change in his daughter and she confesses how much she’s enjoying her role in the business. But Marlon comments she will be returning to college soon, which leaves April uncomfortable. It’s clear she has other plans for her future, but will she tell Marlon? And will he be on board with them? Sarah smiles as Jacob got down on one knee and proposed (Credit: ITV) 4. Eric disapproves in Emmerdale spoilers In Thursday night’s Emmerdale (July 24) Sarah and Jacob got engaged. He confessed he still loved her and always had, she said she felt the same and when he promised never to hurt her again, they got back together. However when Sarah asked if they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend Jacob took it one step further and asked her to marry him. He then gave her Leyla’s engagement ring (not sure which one!) to seal the deal. Sarah and Jacob were excited and told Charity and Mack, who were stunned, but supportive. And celebrations in the pub continued. But tonight Eric will find out the news. And it’s fair to say he is not so pleased about it. In fact he disapproves completely.
