Charity Dingle actress Emma Atkins was born in Lancashire on March 31 1975. She joined Emmerdale in 2000, left in 2005 and returned again in 2009. Emma has also appeared in Dalziel and Pascoe, New Street Law, Doctors and Casualty. Emma is in a long-term relationship with partner, Tom, and they have one son, Albert, born in 2019. As well as acting, Emma is a keen nature photographer and often posts her pictures on Instagram.
