• Carena is the Managing Editor of Soaps within the ED! Group as well as Editor of Emmerdale Insider, and is an expert on all British soaps having served on the British Soap Awards judging panel
• She has visited the sets of Emmerdale, EastEnders and Corrie and pulled pints in the Rovers, Woolpack and The Vic. She's also interviewed 100s of the soaps' stars. Her favourite has to be any of the Dingles - the best soap family by far, but Claire King aka villainous Kim Tate comes pretty close
• Carena has also worked as a TV journalist throughout her career and likes shows from just about every genre. She's a Strictly fanatic, has watched every single series of every single Below Deck variation, loves Slow Horses on Apple TV and thinks the greatest ever TV moment is 'David's dead' from Celebrity Big Brother 2006

Carena Crawford joined Entertainment Daily in 2017 following 12 years working in magazine publishing. She has worked on titles including All About Soap, Inside Soap, What's On TV and Reveal, as well as their online counterparts.

Education

Carena graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA Honours in History before undertaking an MA in Publishing with Journalism subsidiary at the University of the Arts.
