Complete Emmerdale schedule: What time it's on, why it isn't on ITV tomorrow and when it drops on ITVX and YouTube
All the changes you need for Emmerdale right hereEmmerdale is changing its schedule again tomorrow night (Thursday November 13) as it makes way for yet another football event. Here’s the full schedule details, plus what happens in the next outing to the Dales.

What time is Emmerdale on tonight?
Emmerdale airs tonight – Wednesday November 12 at its usual time of 7.30pm and is on for half an hour.
If you don’t want to wait it’s already dropped on ITVX and YouTube where it appears every day at 7am.

Emmerdale not on on Thursday, November 13
Tomorrow night Emmerdale won’t be on at all. It is due to football. England’s men are taking on Serbia in a European Cup Qualifier with a 7.45pm kick-off meaning Emmerdale can’t air.
It’s a blow to fans who are fully invested after Wednesday’s episode. It saw Robert Sugden’s standalone outing air and some explosive bombshells dropped. And now we have to wait until Friday to find out what happens next.
“No ep tomorrow either. I hate football, cos why are they making us sacrifice our already limited hour eps?” raged one viewer on social media.
Another lashed out: “I hope whoever is watching the football enjoys their day tomorrow because I WILL NOT.”
“The way there isnt an ep tomorrow is criminal,” sighed one more.

What happens in Emmerdale this week?
So after the shocks delivered by Robert’s episode, Kev is spiralling by Friday. He has found out one of Robert’s secrets, but does he know them all? Meanwhile, has Robert made any decisions about his future with Kev?
Elsewhere, Paddy is still worried sick about Bear. Of course we all know he has every reason to be, but no one else does yet.
Matty takes Isaac and Eve out for a walk and they play a game of bear hunt. Eve suddenly shouts that she can see actual Bear in the fields. Matty is sure she’s just confused over the game and apologises to Paddy.
But she has really seen her grandpa. Will anyone believe her?
All change to the ITV soaps in January
It’s set to be a completely new schedule in January 2026 as the ITV soaps introduce a so-called power hour. Emmerdale will move from its 7.30pm slot to 8pm every weeknight. It will also cut its hour-long Thursday episode to just half an hour. Episodes will still be available on ITVX and YouTube every morning at 7am.
Coronation Street will then go from three hour-long episodes a week, to five half-hour long ones. It will air every weeknight directly after Emmerdale at 8.30pm.
This ensures faster-paced, digestible episodes – a 30-minute format which has already proven popular with viewers.
