EastEnders fans predict trouble ahead for Priya as Cindy makes shock discovery in iPlayer release
Priya should be watching her backEastEnders fans were left shocked by the ending of tonight’s episode – which is available to watch on iPlayer – as Cindy made a huge discovery about Max and Priya.
This week has been hugely anticipated, as EastEnders fans knew they were going to get a lot of drama at Max and Cindy’s wedding. And they truly have.
So far, each episode has ended with an even bigger cliffhanger than the last. And tonight’s is no different, as a devastated Cindy discovered a shocking truth about her new-husband Max.
Max had a heart attack in EastEnders
Last night, Max made his speech and began admitting he hasn’t been honest. But right as he was about to confess his love for Linda – he had a heart attack.
Tonight’s episode picked right up, and as Max woke up, the first thing he said was “Linda”. However, that wasn’t enough to get Cindy in any way suspicious.
Max was brought to hospital, where he decided to have a heart-to-heart with his wife. While Cindy didn’t want to hear anything he had to say, Max admitted they had made a mistake getting married as he doesn’t love her like he should.
Cindy was naturally devastated, but when she questioned Max on who the other woman is – he denied there even being one. Their short-lived marriage came to an end. And when Linda later visited, both she and Max confessed their love for one another once more.
Cindy discovered his affair with Priya
Arriving back to Walford, Cindy broke down in tears in the middle of the street, realising their relationship had all been a lie.
Quickly coming to her rescue was Jean and this is when she massively slipped up. She revealed to Cindy that Max isn’t worth her tears – and that she told Priya the exact same thing.
Cindy was instantly horrified, demanded Jean tell her if they were having an affair, which she confirmed. But the episode ended right there before EastEnders fans could work out what Cindy will do next.
However, with many already suspecting Cindy is the New Year’s Day gunman, they are now concerned about what she might do to Priya.
Taking to social media after watching the early release, one fan penned: “Jean just completely dropped Priya in it. Can’t wait for tomorrow to see how Cindy reacts.”
Over on Reddit one fan commented: “Okay, so now Cindy thinks Max left her for Priya. I get the feeling she will target her before she goes after Max? Don’t exactly know how but there’s deffo going to be trouble between them. Priya should be careful.”
Another agreed: “Yes, trouble is definitely coming. But Ravi knows. So he won’t let Cindy hurt Priya. There will be another twist.”
Exactly what happens next remains to be seen, but the drama will keep coming in EastEnders.
