10 EastEnders spoilers for next week: Zoe is dead, but there's a twist and Penny's secret is exposed

1. Zoe’s death is discovered
Having found Zoe’s lifeless body, Kat is shocked into silence. She can’t believe it’s happening and keeps it to herself.
However, before long Alfie finds out Zoe is dead and is totally stunned.
2. The family find out the truth
Meanwhile, Jean, Mo and Lily are moving into The Vic to live with Kat and Alfie after Suki evicted them.
However, despite putting a positive spin on their move, things come crashing down as they find out about Zoe.
3. Kat falls apart in EastEnders spoilers
With the family totally broken and wanting to make sense of Zoe’s death, Kat locks herself away. However she later goes to container junction and Oscar offers comfort by confiding about his sister Abi and how his mum coped following her death.
Kat goes back to The Vic, but is horrified to find the family holding a vigil for Zoe. She throws everyone out as she breaks down.
4. Is there more to Zoe’s death?
As news of her passing spreads around Walford, the last person who saw her alive is particularly affected by it. Do they know something?
The police then arrive with the postmortem results and Kat is stunned. She wants answers.
5. Sharon steps in
Sharon, who’s gone through this herself with son Denny, tries to help Kat with words of advice. She then suggests they speak to Jack for help.
However the evidence then uncovers something shocking…

6. Penny decides to come clean
Experiencing labour pains, Penny worries about the baby. However the hospital tell her everything is fine and she goes home.
But on Vinny’s 30th birthday, Lauren notices Penny is upset. She confesses she is going to tell Vinny the truth that he might not be the baby’s dad. Lauren tries to convince her not to, but will Penny change her mind?
7. Penny gives birth in EastEnders spoilers
Suki upsets Penny at Vinny’s party and she goes outside, but then her waters break. Harry and Gina try to sober Vinny up and get him to the hospital.
Suki and Jack arrive to support Penny, and Vinny gets there in the nick of time. Penny then gives birth to a son and the pair are overjoyed.
8. Penny’s secret out
Penny tells Lauren she’s decided not to tell Vinny the truth. However, someone overhears…
As the Brannings and Panesars come together for the Naam Karan of Vnny and Penny’s son, the mystery listener soon confronts Penny.
However, when they tell her what they know it leads to another secret being uncovered…

Patrick asks Oscar to talk to Josh about Zoe, but it’s clear they are struggling to contain their feelings for each other. They soon end up kissing.
