Jodie’s next move sees Shona losing her grip in Coronation Street spoilers
1. Fire horror at the Platts
Jodie is enjoying making Shona suffer and reminds her she promised to bake for the school cake sale. She claims she can’t help and rushes off and it’s not long before Shona realises she’s burnt the cake.
Jodie is actually watching from the garden and when Shona takes a nap, she slips in.
Doug and David arrive home and are horrified to find the kitchen full of smoke and Shona asleep. What has Jodie done? And is Harper okay?
2. Jodie’s plan puts Harper in danger
Shona is feeling awful as David and Jodie insist she relaxes and they’ll take care of everything. Wanting to feel useful, Shona runs Harper’s bath.
But as she goes to get the tot, Jodie replaces the water with boiling kettle water.
Fortunately, David tests the water before they put the baby in, but he goes nuts at Shona for potentially scalding their daughter. Shona can’t believe she could be so stupid, but will David ever trust her again?
3. Concerns grow for Shona in Coronation Street spoilers
After talking to Gemma about postnatal depression, Jodie forms a plan. Meanwhile, David and Shona are going out for a romantic lunch and Jodie comments on Shona’s hair and outfit to dent her confidence.
When Shona gets home she hears Harper crying, but finds the door locked. David tries to calm her down. Shona goes out for a walk with Harper, but when Asha finds her and smells alcohol on her breath she grows concerned.
4. Shona goes to the doctors as Jodie moves in
Shona is convinced she can hear Harper crying, but David has the baby and she’s smiley and happy. Upset Shona decides to go to the doctors.
Jodie later seizes her opportunity and comments to David he’s working so hard being a carer to Shona and a single parent. David is firm that this is just a blip. But how much further will Jodie go to get what she wants?

5. Bethany catches Kit out
Taking a woman back to the flat, Kit tries to pretend he’s ready. But when she tries to kiss him, he tells her he’s not in the right headspace.
Bethany arrives just as the woman storms out. She’s furious with Kit. Bethany later visits her mum in prison and breaks the news Kit has moved on. How will Sarah take it?
6. Bethany grows closer to Ryan
As Bethany and Ryan share texts, Kit notices there’s a spark there. He encourages her to go for it saying it’s clear they like each other.
The pair have drinks and Bethany is enthralled by Ryan. Will she tell him how she feels?
7. Fears grow for Kit
Kit is on edge after an appointment with the breast cancer consultant and he snaps at Lisa when she puts pressure on him to find Luke Cookson’s murderer. Lisa tells Bernie she’s worried.
Meanwhile, Kit chases after someon he accuses of killing Luke and he’s soon sporting two black eyes. Bernie is worried sick when he joins the family later, but will he tell her what’s really going on?
Ross messes up with Tyrone in Coronation Street spoilers
8. Ross’ lies get him in a pickle
Making himself comfortable at the house, Ross is annoyed when Tyrone makes a dig about how much time he spends there. So Ross tries to change the subject by telling his son a tall tale about UFOs.
However in the pub later, Tyrone shares the story with the lads, who all mock Ross. He’s clearly annoyed, but will he confess he made it up?
9. Ross’ comments cut deep
Tyrone wants to make it up to his dad, so he invites Ross and Tracy to join him and Fiz at the bistro. Ty then quizzes Ross about his past relationships and Fiz is very much enjoying stirring the pot as she reveals Tracy’s been married four times.
Talk then turns to Richie in prison and his claim his wife was abusing him. Ross is scathing about the situation, but how will Tyrone react?
Ross later begs forgiveness for his crass comments, but will Ty be able to move past it?

10. Debbie lies to cover herself
Carl is struggling to find work and Debbie suggests he return to the hotel. However Ronnie shuts the idea down.
Later, Debbie was supposed to be meeting Ronnie for dinner and when Carl reminds her, she calls him and lies she got waylaid at work. Carl is concerned. Is Debbie getting worse?
11. Summer meets Marco
Summer is drawing the cafe when a lad called Marco comments on it. When she goes to the loo, he rips the page out and Summer later notices it in the tattoo shop window.
She confronts Marco and he claims it was an excuse to see her again. He wants to buy her drawing and meet her for a drink. Will Summer agree?
12. Ben wants to punish Glenda in Coronation Street spoilers
Susie posts a video of herself dancing and singing to the Rovers’ website and Ben thinks they should take it down. Glenda compliments Susie and suggests she sign up for Little Big Shotz.
Glenda tells Susie she’s a star in the making, but Ben wants to punish Glenda for encouraging her. What will he do?
