Emmerdale spoilers: Paddy is determined and Mack concerns Charity

He decides it is time to go to the police. But when he doesn’t get the results he wanted, he is quite deflated.
Elsewhere, as Mack and Ross continue to bond, Charity is nervous that her secret could blow up at any moment.

1. Paddy makes a statement
Bear’s harrowing special episode has given viewers a deeper look at his modern slavery storyline. But currently, the villagers all remain in the dark.
And as Paddy makes the realisation that Bear isn’t in Ireland, he has no idea that he is so close to home.
Deciding to do do his best to find Bear, Paddy heads to the police station to make a statement.
2. But Swirling doesn’t think there is cause for concern
But things don’t go his way as PC Swirling doesn’t think Bear is any immediate risk.
Because of this, there is nothing the police can do to help.
Paddy leaves the station downbeat and frustrated. But is still determined to find out exactly what happened to his dad.
Seeing how upset he is, Mandy vows to help him find Bear. But will anyone think of looking so close to home? And just how much longer will Ray and Celia get away with everything?
3. Mack makes Charity uneasy
As Ross seems to be getting further tangled with Mack, Charity starts to panic about what this means for her secret.
And later, a tipsy Mack tells Charity that he and Ross now tell each other everything, causing her worries to increase.
But will Ross and Mack’s friendship mark the end of Charity’s secret? She has been getting away with it for quite some time. But it is a soap, so surely one day it’s all going to blow up in her face.
The question is, does it happen because Mack and Ross have bonded?
