Gemma Collins has been announced as one of the many famous faces competing on the All-Stars I’m A Celeb South Africa series today (March 9).

The reality TV legend will join as a latecomer alongside Corrie star Craig Davies. The pair originally took part in the 14th series in 2014. However, after just three days, Gemma quit.

The following day, Craig was forced to leave following the death of his brother, Dean, who died from a heart attack.

For the 2026 South African series, Craig and the GC are ready to give the jungle experience another go. And according to Gemma, she didn’t have it easy…

Gemma Collins reveals ‘dirty prank’ during I’m A Celeb South Africa 2026 series

While speaking at the exclusive launch at Ham Yard Hotel in London this morning, Gemma revealed she shouted, “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!” a second time.

While discussing the highs and lows of filming, Gemma revealed Harry Redknapp pulled a “dirty prank” on her.

“Harry played a dirty prank on me and I actually fell for it,” she announced.

“He’s a fraudster, he’s so funny. I’m not going to say exactly what happened but I did get him back!” Gemma continued.

While sitting next to him, she stated: “This guy deserves an Oscar because I fully believed him.”

The situation was so dramatic, Gemma shared: “It led me to say, ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ He scared me so much, I was like, ‘Nah, I’m outta here! I’m out, that’s it!'”

‘There’s a lot of drama this series’

Hosts Ant and Dec also turned up to launch and promised there would be some drama this series.

“There’s a lot of drama, without giving too much away,” Ant McPartlin said, adding: “Yes, there’s a lot of drama this series and it’s up and down.”

He teased: “You will witness arguments, you will witness things we haven’t seen on I’m A Celebrity Australia for a while.”

The past couple of series have seen the campmates get along. However, viewers can definitely expect clashes. According to Ant, it’s because this year’s cast “want to become legends”.

Declan Donnelly described the line-up as “very strong characters” who are “very sure of themselves”.

Describing the recent campmates from the past couple of years as “happy families”, Ant remarked: “Not anymore!’
