How Adam Peaty's fortune compares to double-figure millionaire Gordon Ramsay's net worth
Gordon's extensive wealth comes across in Netflix's Being Gordon RamsayGordon Ramsay’s new son-in-law Adam Peaty appears in his Netflix show, Being Gordon Ramsay. But how do their fortunes and net worth compare?
Adam married Gordon’s second eldest daughter, Holly, in December 2025 and the TV chef couldn’t be more delighted.
He and wife Tana have welcomed the Olympic swimmer into the family and even invited him onto the clan’s latest telly venture.

Being Gordon Ramsay has dropped on Netflix today and Adam features quite frequently in the show. He and Holly got engaged while the series was being filmed and their wedding is also captured on camera.
But there are some scenes which could leave fans wondering about the enormous extent of the wealth Adam has married into.
Adam Peaty’s taste of the mega rich
In episode 2, Gordon whisks Holly and Adam to Las Vegas for the launch of his new partnership with F1 racing. He is opening Ramsay’s Garage, a pop up that will land in 10 pit stops across the globe.
Tickets at the table cost £35,000 a head, which Gordon says his mum – who he grew up on a council estate with – would “kill him” for.
Gordon takes Adam and Holly to the rooftop of his restaurant to watch the F1 racing. Adam appears awestruck by the opportunity and says: “Literally, I’ve got no other words. It’s amazing!”
The following day, Adam shares his surprise at just how famous Gordon is in America. Holly takes him into a restaurant that has a shop full of merchandise.
Gordon’s face is plastered on billboards, too.
“He’s obviously everywhere, isn’t he? It’s very peculiar.” Adam remarks.

The couple are then shown having a chat with Gordon, his team and his showbiz pal, Max Beesley, in a hotel. Holly tells her dad she “needs three” wedding dresses for their big day.
Gordon laughs and hits back: “No, you can’t have three dresses, I’m sweating here!”
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa Vanderpump then appears on a FaceTime call and says to her pal Gordon that Holly “needs four” dresses.
She then adds to Holly – in full earshot of – Adam: “You’re father’s got a [bleep-load] of money!”
What is Gordon Ramsay’s net worth?
Gordon has built up a whopping fortune over the past four decades. He is now a double-digit millionaire.
In 2020, Gordon entered the Forbes Celebrity 100 rich list with a fortune of $70million (£51million). He was number 19 in the list and the only chef to feature in the Celebrity 100.
Gordon’s TV shows exceeded $150 million (£110million) in ad revenue for the Fox network alone. And this was obviously before his Netflix deal.
The dad-of-six’s fortune will have increased considerably since then.
As shown in the Netflix series, Gordon has opened his biggest, high-stakes venture yet. His own company has acquired the top of 22 Bishopsgate, an iconic skyscraper in London.
It now houses five separate Gordon Ramsay culinary ‘experiences’, including a roof terrace restaurant on the 60th floor, a culinary school and a the Asian-inspired restaurant, Lucky Cat.

What fortune does Adam Peaty have?
Adam’s most recent accounts for his own company, Adam Peaty Limited, were filed last summer. They show he ended 2024 with profits from his personal earnings of more than £1million (£1,415, 201).
This sum includes ‘cash in the bank’ of £129,037 and an additional £100,000 worth of investments.
The gold medalist lists the nature as his business as ‘other sports activities’.
Adam won gold at the Rio Olympics in 2016 and has slowly built up his own fortune since then. He made £40,000 that year in profits, before a big opportunity came his way.
The athlete was signed to appear on Strictly Come Dancing, which massively boosted his profile and earning potential. He also met Holly while on the BBC show, as her younger sister Tilly was also a contestant.
Adam’s main business is AP Race. The events company holds both competitions around the world and swimming clinics. He has six other offshoot businesses linking to AP Race.
It’s fair to say Adam, who grew up in Staffordshire, has done well building his own empire in the past 10 years. But currently, his fortune is dwarfed by his father-in-law’s incredible net worth.
We’re sure Gordon will be more than happy to pass on some business tips.
