I'm A Celebrity shock double elimination leaves fans 'livid' after David Haye exit
The second elimination has taken place in the jungle...I’m A Celebrity‘s double elimination tonight (Monday, April 20) has left fans reeling after David Haye’s exit.
We didn’t just say goodbye to one star, but two, in tonight’s shock elimination we never saw coming. ITV bosses didn’t wait long as the camp was reduced by two before the Bushtucker Trial took place.
David has left a sour taste in fans’ mouths for several days, after his behaviour towards fellow campmates. However, fans were actually left upset by his exit tonight after being dealt the shock that he could choose another star to leave with him.

David says Adam ‘feud’ was ‘banter’
Adam and David’s feud continue to boil over first thing. The boxer was teasing him over not feeling himself again as soon as he woke up.
The Waterloo Road star was asking him to drop the teasing act, but David was relentless. Even when other members of the camp piped up to defend Adam, he cracked a joke about leaving the star alone.
Adam appeared emotional in the confessional, the Bush Telegraph, as he seemed dumbfounded as to why David was targeting him.
David claimed the exchanges were “banter” and when asked if he “pushed it too far”, the boxer said he felt he didn’t.

Reminding them that the public will decide who is crowned this year’s Legend during Friday’s live show, the hosts then dropped a shock twist that completely changed the game. Instead of a public vote deciding the next exit, the power was handed entirely to the campmates themselves.
With tensions already simmering, the responsibility of sending one of their own home added immediate pressure.
Ashley, who had secured immunity after winning the latest trial, was then called forward to join Ant and Dec. Given a major advantage, the I’m A Celebrity star was told to choose one fellow campmate to save from elimination. That decision sparked a tense chain reaction, with each saved star then picking the next person to stay.
As the process played out, loyalties were tested and alliances quickly became clear. One by one, names were called, with the pressure building as the group grew smaller.

Ashley saved Scarlett, who then picked Mo to stay in camp, before he chose Harry. When Harry stood up, he voted for ‘all of them’ before landing on Jimmy.
Jimmy named The GC Gemma Collins, and it was no surprise that the TOWIE star went for Craig after they arrived in the series together and having spent the original celeb series together.
Craig picked Adam, who gestured to save Beverley, and in turn she had the deciding vote on who left the jungle.
In a brutal final moment, David was left standing without being chosen – and was immediately sent home from the jungle in tonight’s elimination. But David found out they weren’t the only one leaving I’m A Celebrity.
He himself had to choose someone to leave with him, and he picked Gemma! The shock double elimination saw two big personalities leave camp.

Fans upset over I’m A Celebrity elimination
The fact that David chose Gemma to leave with him has upset fans, although they’re not that angry he has been eliminated!
“No,” begged on fan on X (Twitter). “I’m absolutely gutted Gemma has left.”
“Ironically, actually thought Gemma could’ve won the show,” said another.
A third echoed: “Shame Gemma had to go with him, but I think she’d had enough anyway.”
While a fourth wrote: “No! Not the GC. My winner.”
