I’m A Celebrity star David Haye reveals real reason for Adam Thomas bust-up: 'What’s still to air will speak for itself'
'I was actually on my best behaviour in there, honestly'
David Haye has spoken about his fallout with I’m A Celebrity South Africa co-star Adam Thomas, cryptically declaring: “What’s still to air will speak for itself.”
Adam and David had a less-than-harmonious relationship in camp. Last week, David was seen calling Adam “useless” after he said he felt unwell and unable to take part in a Bushtucker Trial.
Taking to Instagram the following day, Adam revealed that David had ‘broken him’ during their time together in camp. And he said that David had apologised to him after filming wrapped.
Now the heavyweight boxer has had his say, revealing exactly why he took issue with the ex-Emmerdale star…

David Haye shares real reason for Adam Thomas I’m A Celebrity row
Speaking to ITV in an interview following his elimination, David was asked where he and Adam stood now. He said: “No bad blood from my side.”
He then explained: “Look, I’ve been immersed in tough boxing gyms since I was 10 years old. Literally fighting daily, much bigger men than myself, pushing myself to the limits, physically and mentally. I won the world heavyweight championship against a seven-foot Russian giant.
“So when a grown man tells me that a fun TV show – where we’re being paid handsomely every single day – is the hardest thing he’s ever been through, it’s just not a frequency I recognise.”
David added that he was “actually on my best behaviour in there, honestly”.

‘Some of what’s still to air will speak for itself’
He then revealed that he has “spoken to Adam” since filming and added: “I’ve said my piece, and some of what’s still to air will speak for itself. I’ll leave it there.”
