Is Graham leaving Emmerdale? What happens next as Graham gives Joe a shocking ultimatum
Graham doesn't agree with Joe's adoption decision...
Emmerdale has aired a shocking twist in Joe’s decision to have his son adopted as Graham turned against him and threatened to leave the village.
Today’s episode saw Graham desperately try to make Joe see what a huge mistake he was making by playing a video of Dawn. In the video, she talked about how excited she was to be a mum, and what a great dad Joe would be.
But even this attempt to pull at Joe’s heartstrings wasn’t enough to get Joe to change his mind.
Instead, Joe dug his heels in even further. He even lashed out, hitting Graham when he told Joe that Dawn deserved better than him.
Graham delivered a shocking ultimatum
Later, the pair went to the hospital, where Joe apologised for hitting Graham.
Graham accepted his apology and told Joe that he had always thought of him like a son. He tried yet again to make Joe see that his baby needed him, but Joe refused to budge.
As Graham walked out, Joe chased after him and said he wanted to give his son to another family, even though the adoption wouldn’t be legal.
Graham pointed out that there would be no paper trail, meaning it would be impossible to find his son in years to come, and that his son wouldn’t be able to track him down, either.
Joe told him that was exactly how he wanted things, and Graham realised he would never change his mind.
Graham eventually told Joe that he would reluctantly help with the adoption. But he pointed out that this would be the last thing he ever did for Joe.
Revealing that if Joe went through with the adoption, then Graham would also leave the village.

Tomorrow, Kim is delighted when Joe and Graham arrive home from the hospital with baby Tate.
However, her joy soon turns to heartache when Joe tells her he only brought the baby home so that she can say goodbye.
Kim begs Joe to rethink his decision to have his son adopted. But things only get worse when she then also learns that Graham is leaving the village, too.
As Graham leaves Home Farm, he tells Kim that Joe needs her more now than ever. But can she ever forgive Joe for sending her family away?

Sadie also spun another lie to keep her secrets from slipping out. And Kim and Thea bonded after a heart-felt conversation.
Knowing that he is facing jail, Vinny turned to Aaron for support. Aaron was honest about how hard it would be in prison, but advised Vinny that his way of coping in prison was to look forward and not back. The emotional exchange saw Aaron promise he would always be on Vinny's side, and he would be there should Vinny ever need him.
Elsewhere, Sadie scrabbled to cover her lies when Ruby asked more about her fling with Frederico in New York. Sadie covered her tracks and told Robert about her near-miss. He was keen to give up the hunt for Jimmy's money, but Sadie wouldn't hear of it.
Also, Thea found Kim at Will's graveside. She told her that the police had enough evidence to prosecute Vinny for Jimmy's death, but sadly not Dawn's. As Kim became emotional, Thea saw a softer side of her secret mum. Could this be the moment she warms towards Kim?
