I’m A Celebrity star Jack Osbourne’s weight loss

Son of the late, great Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon, reality personality Jack shed a tonne of weight back in 2005.

The 40-year-old campmate aimed to nimble up for a rock-climbing trip he was shooting for Adrenaline Junkie; ultimately losing between 50 and 70lb thanks in part to Muay Thai training. He subsequently adopted a more fitness-conscious lifestyle.

Jack once told The Mirror of his Thai detox: “That was one of the most miserable weeks of my life. It was hot, sticky and boring. I had a tube up my [bleep] twice a day and five litres of coffee was poured in. It wasn’t painful but the pressure was uncomfortable.

“People don’t recognise me anymore,” Jack also revealed. “I’ve been able to lead a normal life for the first time in years. I feel really good, but I’ve never felt as physically tired.”

He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2012 and so continued to prioritise his health.

Ruby Wax’s non-surgical look

Despite fan speculation following her I’m A Celebrity entrance, cast member Ruby hasn’t undergone any major plastic surgery transformations. She’s evangelised about using La Prairie cream instead and has been vague about having “tiny bits” of work done.

The 72-year-old comic did dip in and out of skin-tightening Botox procedures, but the discovery of this skincare product changed the game for her.

La Prairie, although costly, is said to eradicate wrinkles and illuminate the skin. She told The Guardian in 2010: “I am not happy at all with what I see [in the mirror] today, but there are no wrinkles. I have a very wrinkle-free face – thanks to La Prairie moisturiser. It’s the only one that makes you young – if you can afford it.”

In the same interview, Ruby admitted to having lip enhancements every 12 months and said she’s spent a large sum of money on her teeth.

Asked by the same publication for her thoughts on cosmetic surgery a year earlier, there was a hint of appreciation for its sophistication in her response.

“If you had it in Joan Rivers’ time, in the Stone Age, you would’ve made a big mistake. But it’s very sophisticated now. I’ve had tiny bits… whether I’d do a whole facelift, I don’t know,” she said.

I’m A Celebrity cast transformations: Kelly Brook’s modelling days

Before more recently making a living at popular radio network Heart, Kelly was a major player on the modelling scene.

Having won a beauty competition at the age of 16, she became the face of various advertising campaigns at Piz Buin, Foster’s Lager and Renault Mégane. This brought Kelly to the attention of The Daily Star, which subsequently took her on as a Page Three model. Work for men’s magazines GQ, Loaded and FHM followed. She even topped the FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll in 2005.

Away from her tabloid associations, the I’m A Celebrity campmate has done commercials for T-Mobile, Reebok and Skechers. The likes of Simply Be and New Look invited her to collaborate on her own clothing lines too.

Ahead of her stint in the reality TV rainforest, she told The Mirror that viewers shouldn’t expect the same standards from her modelling heyday. Especially when it comes to those famous showering scenes ITV captures every series.

“Obviously, I am not a 20-year-old bikini model anymore,” the 45-year-old star noted. “You know, life changes and your body changes. And I just hope people are accepting of me and how I look now, and not comparing me to how I used to look. I am a very different person.”

I’m A Celebrity transformations: Martin Kemp transitions into a silver fox

During his time in New Romantic band Spandau Ballet, Martin Kemp was known for his piercing blue eyes and slicked back black hair.

Martin’s hair was shaved for surgery after he was diagnosed with two benign brain tumours in 1995. It grew back grey, but he secretly dyed it dark. In 2015, he decided to step away from the Just For Men and embrace his silver fox.

He previously said: “It grew back an odd colour. It needed dyeing. However, I’m 53 now so I’m allowed to have grey hair. I’m happy with it as it is.”
