Martin Kemp and Ruby Wax also look drastically different
I’m A Celebrity 2025 stars Lisa Riley, Jack Osbourne and Kelly Brook have been in the spotlight for years. Naturally people’s appearances change over time and some of the more mature famous faces have undergone physical transformations.
From monumental weight-loss journeys to changing hair colour, the 2025 jungle family have changed a lot since they first emerged under the public spotlight.
Read on to see who has changed the most within the current I’m A Celebrity crop?

Lisa Riley’s 12-stone weight loss and boob uplift
Emmerdale star Lisa Riley has been in the spotlight since taking on the role of Mandy Dingle in 1995. And her appearance has changed drastically over the course of the past three decades.
Lisa has been open about her weight loss, and kick starting a real focus on her health back in 2005. Since then, she’s revealed that she’s lost a staggering 12 stone. She did it by reducing her snacking, cutting back on takeaways and working out daily.
The actress is now a size 16 to 18, but was a clothes size 28 at her largest. In 2016, Lisa was 10st down and confirmed she was going to have a boob uplift using the tissue from her armpit.
Speaking on Loose Women, Lisa said: “I’ve been left with a lot of droop, a hell of a lot of droop. They need looking at. I was going to have implants but I don’t actually need them. I’ve got so much good tissue in my armpit now that dangles out, that they can make new bubbas.”
Lisa added: “They need help, so they are going to put that inside.” The actress had the operation the following year. Returning to Loose Women. she said: “I have full feeling. Everything that dangled is not dangling anymore.”
These days, Lisa has stopped snacking. She also eats healthy lunches of soup and oatcakes rather than a sandwich and crisps. The star has also ditched the booze: “Alcohol was my comfort blanket. The Malbec I love would be accompanied by feel-good food the next day – bread that was swimming in butter,” she previously said.
Lisa does yoga, HIIT routines and cardio most days. She added: “My quote is ‘sweat is fat crying’.”

I’m A Celebrity star Jack Osbourne’s weight loss
Son of the late, great Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon, reality personality Jack shed a tonne of weight back in 2005.
The 40-year-old campmate aimed to nimble up for a rock-climbing trip he was shooting for Adrenaline Junkie; ultimately losing between 50 and 70lb thanks in part to Muay Thai training. He subsequently adopted a more fitness-conscious lifestyle.
Jack once told The Mirror of his Thai detox: “That was one of the most miserable weeks of my life. It was hot, sticky and boring. I had a tube up my [bleep] twice a day and five litres of coffee was poured in. It wasn’t painful but the pressure was uncomfortable.
“People don’t recognise me anymore,” Jack also revealed. “I’ve been able to lead a normal life for the first time in years. I feel really good, but I’ve never felt as physically tired.”
He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2012 and so continued to prioritise his health.

Ruby Wax’s non-surgical look
Despite fan speculation following her I’m A Celebrity entrance, cast member Ruby hasn’t undergone any major plastic surgery transformations. She’s evangelised about using La Prairie cream instead and has been vague about having “tiny bits” of work done.
The 72-year-old comic did dip in and out of skin-tightening Botox procedures, but the discovery of this skincare product changed the game for her.
La Prairie, although costly, is said to eradicate wrinkles and illuminate the skin. She told The Guardian in 2010: “I am not happy at all with what I see [in the mirror] today, but there are no wrinkles. I have a very wrinkle-free face – thanks to La Prairie moisturiser. It’s the only one that makes you young – if you can afford it.”
In the same interview, Ruby admitted to having lip enhancements every 12 months and said she’s spent a large sum of money on her teeth.
Asked by the same publication for her thoughts on cosmetic surgery a year earlier, there was a hint of appreciation for its sophistication in her response.
“If you had it in Joan Rivers’ time, in the Stone Age, you would’ve made a big mistake. But it’s very sophisticated now. I’ve had tiny bits… whether I’d do a whole facelift, I don’t know,” she said.

I’m A Celebrity cast transformations: Kelly Brook’s modelling days
Before more recently making a living at popular radio network Heart, Kelly was a major player on the modelling scene.
Having won a beauty competition at the age of 16, she became the face of various advertising campaigns at Piz Buin, Foster’s Lager and Renault Mégane. This brought Kelly to the attention of The Daily Star, which subsequently took her on as a Page Three model. Work for men’s magazines GQ, Loaded and FHM followed. She even topped the FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll in 2005.
Away from her tabloid associations, the I’m A Celebrity campmate has done commercials for T-Mobile, Reebok and Skechers. The likes of Simply Be and New Look invited her to collaborate on her own clothing lines too.
Ahead of her stint in the reality TV rainforest, she told The Mirror that viewers shouldn’t expect the same standards from her modelling heyday. Especially when it comes to those famous showering scenes ITV captures every series.
“Obviously, I am not a 20-year-old bikini model anymore,” the 45-year-old star noted. “You know, life changes and your body changes. And I just hope people are accepting of me and how I look now, and not comparing me to how I used to look. I am a very different person.”

I’m A Celebrity transformations: Martin Kemp transitions into a silver fox
During his time in New Romantic band Spandau Ballet, Martin Kemp was known for his piercing blue eyes and slicked back black hair.
Martin’s hair was shaved for surgery after he was diagnosed with two benign brain tumours in 1995. It grew back grey, but he secretly dyed it dark. In 2015, he decided to step away from the Just For Men and embrace his silver fox.
He previously said: “It grew back an odd colour. It needed dyeing. However, I’m 53 now so I’m allowed to have grey hair. I’m happy with it as it is.”
Shona McGarty’s hair transformation post-EastEnders
EastEnders star Shona burst onto our screens playing Whitney Dean back in 2008. The actress was aged just 16 at the time, and has grown up before our very eyes.
Whitney became known for her jet black hair and her matching eyeliner. However, after leaving the soap in 2024, she decided on something of a makeover.
Gone was Whitney’s dark tresses and in their place were flowing, long blonde locks. Shona posted a snap on socials and teased her followers with the caption: “Maybe blondes do have more fun?”
One followers joked she was “Sharon’s long-lost sister”!

Alex Scott – from Lioness to style icon
Former England and Arsenal footballer Alex Scott started at the club when she was aged just eight, wearing a football kit till she hung up her boots in 2017.
Moving into punditry, gone was the football kit and in its place a super-glam array of outfits that wouldn’t be out of place on the catwalk – from the pitch, to Prada, as one tabloid puts it!

Angry Ginge – from schoolboy to social media star
Angry Ginge has only been on the scene since 2020, when he created his Twitch account. So perhaps the biggest transformation he’s undergone has been from schoolboy to social media sensation!
Still only 24, the world is Ginge’s oyster, with I’m A Celebrity set to open him up to a whole new audience. And that audience can coo over his baby photos, as they’re dotted on his social media in his “throwback Thursday” posts. Warning – he was a super-cute child!

Aitch – from rapping teen to top 10 chart star
Rapper Aitch has been in the public eye since 2015, when he was just 15, so he’s grown up before our eyes.
He released his first song in 2018, and has had 11 top 10 hits in the UK charts thus far. Still just 25, Aitch is another with the world at his feet and his music set to reach a whole new audience – especially after he sung his way through his first Bushtucker Trial!
Speaking about dropping out of college after finding YouTube fame, Aitch revealed he went to work with his grandad as a labourer. However, when the record companies came calling, he hung up his overalls and grabbed a mic.
Speaking to the Guardian, Aitch said: “I actually blew up, it just went crazy. I had all these record labels phoning me so I had to be like: ‘Yo, grandad, I’m not coming into work, I’m going to London to meet Sony and Universal.’ And then I just feel like I blinked and now I’m here.”
