MAFS Australia 2026 spoiler: Gia Fleur forced to issue apology after hurling 'vile insults' at other brides at most explosive dinner party yet
Gia has been forced to apologiseMAFS Australia 2026 is back on our screens and Gia is already causing quite a lot of tension. But it seems later in the series, things get even worse. And Gia has actually been forced to issue an apology for her behaviour.
Right off the bat, during the very first episode, Gia – who has revealed her daughter has been bullied since the show aired – caught the attention of the viewers, after she immediately began slating the other brides on the show for their looks. She even suggested she “wouldn’t get lost in the room” with all of them.
But as the show has already been airing in Australia, we know some spoilers. And it seems things between the group of girls actually just gets more and more intense as the series progresses.

What happens between Gia and the brides on MAFS Australia 2026?
Later on in the series, at a dinner party, things very quickly turn sour. And two brides who are at the centre of it are Gia and Brook.
It appears things between the brides all kick off, and many viewers felt extremely uncomfortable, and called her out for “mean girl” and “vile comments”.
Brook and Gia seemingly both had an issue with bride, Stella. And during the dinner party, things got out of hand. Gia also accused Stella of flirting with her husband.
When Stella calls Gia “abrasive” and suggests she “barks” at women, Gia responded: “Barking, babe. That’s lovely. Why don’t you go back in your kennel, babe.”
But that wasn’t the only thing that kicked off at the dinner party. It seems, Gia also came to blows with bride Bec, after she was accused of sabotaging her relationship.

Bec’s husband, Danny, allegedly told Gia early on in the experiment that “in the real world, you would probably be more my type” than Bec. And Brook brought this up during the heated exchange.

Has Gia said anything about her comments?
However, following the scenes airing on TV, both Gia and Brooke were called out for their behaviour. And both have since issued apologies.
Initially, Gia tried to blame the producers, for the way she was edited on the show. However, after time to think, she realised she needed to apologise for what she said.
Her apology came after she dropped out of appearing on the Stan: After the Dinner Party series.
She posted a lengthy apology on Instagram. Within it, she wrote: “What happened was filmed over six months ago. I’ve heard what I heard, I reacted the way I reacted, and I take full responsibility for my part in that. Continuing to go back and forth about Bec and Danny, or revisiting who said what, doesn’t feel healthy for me anymore.”
Gia explained: “I’m choosing to focus on growth. On being a better person. On working on myself privately. And on being a present and loving mum, and a supportive partner. That’s where my energy is going.”
Gia then turned her statement to directly speak to Alissa and Stella. She said: “I’m genuinely sorry for the way I handled myself that night and throughout the experiment. Regardless of what was said or heard, my delivery and my behaviour was appalling. I apologise for the disgusting language and the way I made you both feel. I’m deeply sorry for the hurt I have caused and I wish you both nothing but peace moving forward.”
