MAFS Australia’s Bec does a huge U-turn after telling Danny she ‘loves’ him as he reveals what he really thought about her romantic declaration

For the last few weeks, Bec and Danny have had quite the tumults relationship, with the bride being at the centre of quite a few scandals and rows. However, Danny’s also been involved in his own way, as one continuous alleged comment to Gia is still causing issues. And has since apologised for comments that are yet to air in the UK.
However, Bec was ready to put all of their issues aside, as she told Danny at last night’s commitment ceremony that she was in love with him. And he didn’t have the best reaction.
How did Danny react when Bec confessed her love?
After the experts questioned Bec on her feelings for Danny, she admitted in front of everyone that she “loves” him. But unfortunately for her, Danny didn’t say it back.
Instead, he just hugged her, and told her he had strong feelings, but that he “didn’t know what to say”. Now, he has spoken about what he was actually thinking in that moment.
Speaking to Nine.com, Danny revealed: “I was just shocked when I heard it. Normally, girls would hint towards that. I was thrown, but with Bec you never know what to expect.”
He added that his preference would’ve been for Bec to tell him “behind closed doors”, but that in MAFS Australia, you have to “take the rough with the smooth”.
But the simple reason he didn’t say it back? It was because he didn’t feel in love with her. He told the outlet he would “definitely never say ‘I love you’ to someone I didn’t love.”

Bec’s huge U-turn over MAFS Australia comments
However, in tonight’s episode (April 21), Bec and Danny clash over her feud with Scott and Gia once again. And it leaves Bec with quite a bit of regret.
As it’s Feedback Week, all the contestants will head to see someone else from another couple. It’s the opportunity to give some advice, and also let out any concerns about their own relationships.
But Bec was scared she would be partnered with Gia or Scott. Danny tried to explain it could be an opportunity for her to tell them the truth from her side, but she was adamant that would “only be used” against her.
She got annoyed at her husband and walked out. But when she was outside, her chat with the producer proved it was much more than Gia and Scott on her mind. And in reality, she actually regretted ever telling Danny how she felt.
Bec explained: “I’m over it. It bothers me that my husband could tell someone else things he’s bothered about in our relationship. And who is that person?
“Do you know what else bothers me? Yesterday when he ‘ummed’ and ‘ahhed’. That just killed me. It’s just a sense of rejection. I just regret telling him that I love him, I wish I didn’t do that. He’s got all the power in this relationship now.”
